Good morning friends, it has been a few weeks since we released a Yoga with Melissas and I was really hoping to release one today. We were away last week getting some R & R up island. When I shared the poll asking if you’d be interested in gentle, mindful Pilates classes here, 88% of you said yes! Pilates was actually part of my teaching life before YouTube. I taught in-person classes and even made some Pilates DVDs back in the day. It feels so good to bring this part of my practice back and to share it with you here.

This new class is a nervous system–informed, slow, body-honoring introduction to Pilates. It’s designed for complete beginners, no equipment needed, and it connects beautifully with the way we practice yoga together with care, attunement, and awareness.
