I work with men to enhance their relationships. Starting with themselves.

I spent years numbing what I felt with food, substances, and work. I thought I was weak. I wasn't. I was disconnected from myself, and it cost me the people I love.

This is for the capable man who's good to everyone but the people closest to him. The one who snaps, goes cold, or shuts down, and wants to change it.

Short videos on the real stuff. Reactivity, stress, the body, and how a man actually changes.

No empty hype. Just what's true and what works.

I made a video this week that I've been sitting on for a while.

60,000 of you watched my video on the 5 mistakes midlife men make building muscle. The training comments were great. But the ones that stopped me were different.

Men writing about divorce. About feeling destroyed on the inside while looking fine on the outside. About their life just stopping.

Those men weren't describing a protein problem.

This video is for the man who has done the work and is starting to wonder why it still doesn't feel like enough. I walk through something I've been building called the IMAGE Blueprint. It's not a fitness program. It's the architecture for the inner image a man builds his life from.

It's free. Link below.

Most men don’t fall off.
They drift.

Not in big ways.
In quiet ones.

A little less walking.
A little more snacking.
One habit at a time.

That’s how health and well-being slip out of alignment without us noticing.

I recorded this episode because I caught myself slightly off aim and chose to realign early. No shame. Just attention:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_qys...

If you’ve been training, staying active, doing the right things but still feel a little off, this episode is for you.

After you listen, I’m curious.

What tips you off when you’re drifting
Food
Energy
Sleep
Focus
Mood

And when you notice it, what’s the first adjustment you make to realign

Listen to the episode, then come back and share.
Your awareness might help another man catch his drift sooner.

Gentlemen, a new episode is live.

This one is deeply personal. For years, happiness was the goal, but I kept aiming at it through fixes. Hormones. Diet. Training. Productivity. Each thing helped for a while, but none of them made me whole.

This episode is about the realization that changed everything for me. Happiness isn’t something you force or install. It emerges when the whole man is addressed. Physical health, emotional life, relationships, purpose, curiosity, and meaning all matter.

This also marks a new season and direction for the channel. My wife and I sold everything we owned, packed our life into carry-ons, and moved from Boise to Cape Town to live with more intention and alignment. This season reflects that shift. Less noise. More truth.

If you’re a midlife man who feels successful but not fulfilled, I think this episode will land.

Gentlemen, I’ve got something special for you.
Today I’m launching a new season of the podcast, one that goes deeper into what really breaks us, what holds us back, and what finally sets a man free.

This new direction comes straight out of the biggest transition of my life. My wife and I sold everything we owned in Boise. Literally everything. We packed our entire life into two carry-ons and moved to Cape Town to start fresh, live lighter, and build a life rooted in purpose, meaning, and health.

This season reflects that shift.
Less noise. More truth.
Less “hacks.” More systems.
Less pretending everything’s fine and more honest conversations about why so many midlife men feel exhausted, irritable, stuck, or off track.

The new episode is called “The BROKEN System That Was Ruining My Life.”
It’s the most honest I’ve ever been on camera. I walk through the loop that ran my life for years: the metabolic crashes, the stress, the inflammation, the emotional burnout, and how I finally saw it for what it was. If you’re a man in midlife and you’ve been feeling off, this one will hit home.

Thank you for being here as I evolve this channel and step into a new chapter in a new country. I’m grateful for every single one of you.

More to come. This season is just getting started.

Hey brothers!

Quick heart check. I’m in the middle of a big move and, honestly, my courage has been tested. New place, new season, a lot of letting go so I can make room for a life that actually fits. I’m choosing to keep showing up here, even when it’s messy, because this community matters to me.

I’ve got episodes coming on what I’m releasing, what I’m keeping, and how I’m building simple anchors in a new location. Today, I dropped a new one on self-sabotage and how expectations get heavy, how the inner critic stalls us, and how to take one honest five-minute step anyway.

If this hits home, I’d love to hear from you. Where do you get stuck: perfection, procrastination, or stress? Drop one word below. I’ll reply with a tiny next step you can take today.

Build the conditions that lets happiness happen. That’s Parallax: change your angle, change your life.

Midlife isn’t a dead end—it’s a turning point.
This new video is personal for me. The fear of death woke me up. I stopped running from the storm and started doing what the buffalo do—into it. Midlife is fall: leaves drop, light shortens, and we harvest what matters.

What it means to me: I’m finishing the cathedral of my life—brick by brick. Less stuff. Less performance. More truth, craft, love, and service.

What it can mean for you: A clean slate. Drop the weight (stuff, roles, expectations). Reinvent—be “selfish” first so you can give from overflow. Live by your code, not someone else’s. And remember—it’s never too late to put a date on a new goal.

Your move (comment below):

One thing you’ll drop this week.

One brick you’ll lay today (60-sec truth pause / 15-min declutter / 10-min skill).

Buffalo on. 🦬

Fellas, let’s get real for a second.

The #1 thing standing in the way of your health and happiness isn’t carbs, or age, or even the gym. It’s that voice in your head that says you’re not enough.

That habit of self-loathing will rot your confidence and choke out your energy if you let it. And here’s the truth—it’s just bad training. You can retrain it.

Start small:

Write it down. Clear the noise.

Counter the lie with one true line you can believe.

Stack a micro-win today (protein at breakfast, a walk, a call to a brother).

Choose oxygen, not smoke, in your circle.

This is the crucial step most men skip. They chase diets or grind harder in the gym, but if you don’t fix the way you talk to yourself, none of it sticks.

Respect starts here. Health and happiness follow.

Hey gents--welcome. 🙌

Today’s episode is personal. Don’t lose weight to love yourself. Love yourself to lose weight.
For years I chased outside-in fixes: diets, grind, proving myself. It left me stressed, numb, and harder on the people I love. When I healed my self-image, my metabolism obeyed. Food choices got easier. Energy returned. The weight followed.

What we get into:

Why outside-in tactics backfire (and what to do instead)

The Power of Love (yep, Huey Lewis had a point)

Softening self-talk --> better choices without white-knuckle willpower

A preview of my 5-step I.M.A.G.E. framework that keeps results

I’m grateful you’re here. Your presence matters. If this hits home, tell me one thing you want me to go deeper on next—identity, self-talk, or metabolism?

Thank you for being part of this brotherhood. It’s never too late to make your mark.
