Be willing to start again. That’s the one of the biggest secrets to creating a body you can be confident in.

I’ve had many injuries over my lifting career. Some that have required surgery, and some that caused me literal years of pain.

I remember July of last year was one of those times. I had to stop all exercise do to nerve pain in my neck. Pain so bad that there was a week long stretch where I couldn’t sleep.

There was also a few nights where the stress got to me and I binged on snacks. July 2024 was a rough month lol.

When times that happen your mind will start to play tricks on you. Telling you to give up.

But DON’T believe it. You will get past your struggle and when you do be ready to start again.

It’s that willingness to start again that’s kept me in shape over the years even in face of hardships like injury and chronic pain.

And it’s not just me. I’ve had countless clients where their willingness to start again made all the difference and got them to their goal.

I’d you’re going through a challenging time take a breath, be courageous and start again. It’s worth it.

I know it’s easy to look for a quick fix to hit your body goals. It would be great if waist trainers, skinny teas, herbal detoxes, test boosters or those strange electro ab shock machines worked but they don’t😒.

If they did we would see a lot more people in shape.

Now You might be thinking what about the fit people I see advertising those products?

Keep in mind those people exercise regularly and eat in a way that supports their goals. That is where the physique comes from.

Not the odd product they are trying to sell you to make some money.

Fitness is simple although not always easy. Find a good exercise program, track your food intake, get sleep & keep repeating. Do that for a year and you’ll be amazed how great you look and feel.

A year isn’t that long. Have fun with it and stay consistent and if you need extra help then coaches like myself are here to help✌🏽

Fat Loss Success isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what works.

I remember when I was trying to lose my belly fat. I was doing everything I could think of from treadmill sprints, cutting out beef, and doing core workouts constantly. I thought the key was to keep going and that results would come if I just stuck with it long enough.

But instead of a flatter stomach, all I got were sore knees, wasted time, and a lot of frustration.

Looking back, the real issue was that I didn’t have a clear plan. I was relying on bits and pieces of advice I’d heard or read online, without knowing what actually worked.

Things only changed after years of trial and error. Once I learned how to properly structure my workouts and diet, I could finally see what wasn’t working and more importantly, what did. By focusing on what worked, I was able to lose the belly fat sustainably.

That’s the secret to fat loss: doing the right things consistently over time.

And the most important thing? A calorie deficit and an exercise training regime based on progressive overload. Create those, and you’ll lose fat, tone up, and get the body you’ve been working so hard for.

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, remember Coaches like me are here to help you succeed.

Training to be an Olympian at life 💪🏽

To me that means staying as fit as someone 2 decades younger than me.

You might think that’s excessive but consider that one day you’ll be 70. The average 70yr old has a tough time.

By strength training to be as strong as men 20 years younger will keep me 20 years ahead of the curve.

My game plan is simple. I train full body 3 times per week focusing on progressive overload. Tracking my strength to make sure it’s in line with those 2 decades younger

This took 11 weeks and I’m down 25 lbs. This cut has been pretty aggressive.

My calories have ranged from 1800-2000 depending on appetite.

Protein has ranged from 160-180g

The training is full body 3 days a week.

Cardio is 7 days a week. I do a minimum of 30 mins of moderate intensity cardio. I burn around 350-400 calories in that time period.

This for me as been sustainable. Hunger levels have been fine and my energy is high. My strength has taken a hit but it’s expected since leverages change with body weight.
