What does rest feel like in your body?
Do your shoulders tighten?
Does your jaw clench, your chest feel heavy?
Do you hear that quiet voice whispering, “Not yet… not enough… just one more thing…”?
Instead of pushing through, try pausing.
Your body often knows you’re overwhelmed before your mind does.
✨ Soften your shoulders. Unclench your jaw.
Take one deeper breath than usual.
When your body begins to relax, your heart has more space to speak.
And in that space, ask yourself:
What am I afraid might happen if I slow down?
You may discover it’s not rest you’re resisting—
but the old belief that you have to earn it.
The truth is:
✨ You don’t have to prove anything to deserve peace.
✨ You’re allowed to rest. Just as you are.
