Have you ever been in a training and left feeling even more lost or confused? You look around and think โAm I the only one not getting this?". This is quite a common experience. ๐๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ?
So, what do you expect when you sign up for a training? Perhaps itโs a certificate, certain techniques and tools to use once youโve completed the course?
These are important and necessaryโฆbut, what we rarely expect, or get, is ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐; ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ง๐, ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.
When this happens you realise you are not the only one juggling life, energy, sleep, and self-doubt. And if you're feeling a bit lost, that's ok...it's human, and we are all just trying to figure it out.
We see it happen year after year in our community and it's incredibly moving.

In Sanskrit, sangha means community. In Embodied Wisdom, ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ . It is the container that helps everything else happen.
