Have you ever been in a training and left feeling even more lost or confused? You look around and think โ€œAm I the only one not getting this?". This is quite a common experience. ๐‡๐š๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ?

So, what do you expect when you sign up for a training? Perhaps itโ€™s a certificate, certain techniques and tools to use once youโ€™ve completed the course?

These are important and necessaryโ€ฆbut, what we rarely expect, or get, is ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐›๐ž๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ซ๐; ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐, ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

When this happens you realise you are not the only one juggling life, energy, sleep, and self-doubt. And if you're feeling a bit lost, that's ok...it's human, and we are all just trying to figure it out.

We see it happen year after year in our community and it's incredibly moving.

When the nervous system finally knows itโ€™s safe enough to allow the body and thinking brain to be present. And you're not going to get called out for 'not knowing'.

In Sanskrit, sangha means community. In Embodied Wisdom, ๐ฌ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐š ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ . It is the container that helps everything else happen.
