4 ways to unblock Ajna chakra

🤸‍♀️Action:
Visual meditation
*Trataka practice is often used in yoga. Exercise helps open the “third eye”. Trataka for restoring vision consists of close contemplation of an object - a candle flame or a fixed point. You need to watch until tears come out; this helps cleanse not only your eyes, but also your intuition. This practice can be performed daily by healthy adults.
*Trataka improves mental capacity; this technique allows to get rid of unnecessary information that a person comes across in large quantities every day and interferes with mental clarity; mental potential is enhanced, and sometimes clairvoyance awakens; also the practice relieves excess eye strain and promotes relaxation and tranquility.
*Before meditation, you need to wash your face and do eye exercises. In the next post I will tell you how to do a preparatory set correctly.
*Take a comfortable pose for meditation, for example Sidhasana, the object of concentration should be located at arm's length and at eye level. If you are meditating on a candle, you don't need to look at the entire flame, concentrate on the top edge of the wick. Avoid discomfort and tension in your eyes. If you feel tired, you can close your eyes for a while.The muscles of the face and neck should be relaxed. Avoid tension in the body. Time in meditation depends on your inner comfort.
*At the first stages of mastering the practice, you can maintain concentration for 30 seconds, gradually increasing the time.
*This technique is suitable for beginner yoga practitioners; more advanced versions of Trataka include pranayamas and additional components.
‼️Contraindications: acute inflammatory disease of the eyes or brain, glaucoma, malignant formation of the visual system, retinal detachment, mental disorder. If you have serious vision problems, then meditation on a candle flame can be replaced by meditation on a mandala or point.
💎To unlock the inner potential of the six chakra, wear jewelry with natural stones, such as amethyst, lapis lazuli, azurite, lepidolite, iolite, moonstone, celestite, sodalite, kyanite, and black obsidian.

Give preference to foods that improve brain function: walnuts, avocados, leafy greens.

Stay Fit-Temporarily or Forever?
Part II

To begin with, it is necessary to understand the reason for the "swing"—whether the root lies in an incorrect lifestyle or if it is a medical issue. For example, a lack of vitamins and minerals or hormonal imbalances, among others.

If the issue stems from lifestyle, we can stabilize our nutrition, normalize our sleep, and increase physical activity. Each person is unique. For some, a radical approach, such as starting a new healthy life on Monday, may be best. However, in other cases, the stress of giving up favorite foods and enduring grueling workouts will only worsen the situation. If you're used to going to bed at 3 a.m., you won't simply fall asleep if you try to go to bed at 11 p.m.

So, what can we do? We may never be able to stay on the crest of a wave, but we can stand on solid ground with confidence. The same goes for a healthy lifestyle. With small steps every day, we can become superheroes! Remember, daily efforts matter—no holidays or exceptions!

Each day, we can stabilize our diet by reducing portions, replacing unhealthy foods with healthy ones, or eating smaller meals 4-5 times a day. We can go to bed 10 minutes earlier each night to ensure we get enough sleep, which averages around 8 hours per day. Before bedtime, put away gadgets at least an hour in advance.

Incorporate your favorite exercises into your routine for at least 5-15 minutes daily, at whatever time is most convenient for you. Add walks to your day; instead of using transport, walk part of the way. Dance to your favorite music in front of the mirror.

Be sure to reward yourself with small or big surprises—these don’t have to be material. Visit interesting places, parks, and museums, or spend time with loved ones who support your healthy lifestyle. Don’t blame yourself for shortcomings. Remember, any disadvantage is a significant resource for transformation, capable of turning into a strong and confident point!
And of course, the most important thing: Together, we are stronger and can achieve our goals!

Being in shape means feeling great both physically and psychologically. We all want to stay active and healthy, but unfortunately, it is very difficult to maintain this status on a regular basis.
Our weight constantly fluctuates, our moods vary from day to day, and sometimes we even experience significant stress.
Many people are familiar with the "swing" phenomenon, both in terms of mental health and in the context of losing or gaining weight. You've likely heard that achieving your ideal physical shape is hard, but it's even harder to maintain that result and avoid returning to an uncomfortable state.
Bodily discomfort, unfortunately, subsequently reflects in the functioning of our organs and systems, of course, affects our self-confidence and psychological comfort. Is there a way to maintain the result and stop those "swing"?

Ajna Chakra (The third eye chakra, sixth chakra)

Intuition, insight and spiritual connection.

Location:

In the centre of the head (between the eyebrows).

Element: Ether.

Color: Indigo.

Mantra: Aum.

It relates:

*Pineal gland (located in the brain secretes melatonin, which regulates the body's internal clock and reproductive hormones)

*Pituitary gland (It's responsible for growth and development, reproductive function, metabolism, and responses to stress stimuli).

*Eyes (visual acuity, general health)


The six chakra connects spirituality, divine energy and human ego, is capable of forming a third eye, which deepens spiritual connection, gives a person wisdom and makes him insightful.

Interesting: In the spiritual body, Ajna acts as an antenna that receives energy. In society, a person with an open and developed 6th chakra looks confident. It's like he's glowing. Those around you develop a natural trust in such a person and a desire to communicate with him.


Balance status:

The ability to observe a situation from the outside

Intuition and extrasensory abilities

Flexibility of thinking and mental acuity Awareness of the world

Balance between negative and positive traits of spirit

Inner harmony

Wisdom

Self-confidence

Understanding your place in life

The ability to clearly set goals

Peace and trust in the world.


Imbalance:

Aggressive state, depression, self-doubt, panic, confusion, tightness, cowardice.

Self-limiting attitudes: (a person does not allow himself to live better, get more, or think about something unattainable. This also includes low self-esteem, which is characteristic of many women with a closed Ajna chakra and therefore suffering due to a lack of feminine energy).

Physical signs of Ajna disturbance are: brain disorders, headaches, blurred vision, respiratory tract diseases, insomnia and nightmares, dizziness.


Blockage of the Ajna occurs due to suppressive attitudes. Many of them are formed in early childhood, when the child is limited as much as possible: “you can’t do it,” “don’t dream in vain,” etc. From the first years of life, a small person begins to control himself and limit the expression of feelings. At the same age, distrust of the world is formed: everyone around is bad, it’s dangerous on the street, etc.

Interesting: Ajna blockage can be caused by diets high in processed foods.

Also, the reasons for blocking the 6th chakra may be poor functioning of the lower energy centers, it is necessary to begin the process from Muladhara (see previous posts) - the first energy center. Gradually you should move to higher levels. It is impossible to open the third eye without opening the previous chakras.

Vishuddha Chakra

Location:
Our fifth (throat),chakra is located in the center of the neck, at the height of the thyroid gland near the larynx, at the base of the throat.
Element: Ether or space
Color: Blue
Mantra: Ham
Mudra: Vishuddha Mudra
Stone: Amazonite, Turquoise, Aquamarine, Lapis Lazuli, Kyanite, Celestite, and Blue Aventurine
It relates to thyroid (which produces hormones that are essential for growth and maturation), esophagus, tongue, mouth, jaw, vocal cords, and ears.
The fifth chakra brings us:
expression of truth, purpose, creativity and individuality.
Revolves around communication.
It involves our ability to both listen to and speak with others.
A very interesting fact:
The throat chakra is often seen as the bridge between the lower and higher chakras. When the vishuddha chakra is blocked, it can cause imbalances going in both directions.
One more useful thing, that helps you to open your fifth chakra is singing. Singing is a beneficial way to stimulate the Vishuddha chakra.
Balance status:
Creativity. It unlocks our inspiration and allows ideas to flow freely and effortlessly.
Clarity and confidence, effective communication in all areas of our lives.
We are genuine and honest in our interactions, deepening connections and fostering more meaningful relationships.
Confidence and self- empowerment.
Physical:
Good metabolism, growth, and development. It also influences energy levels, body temperature, and overall well-being. Optimal physical health and harmonious energetic flow.
Imbalance:
Reasons of imbalance:
If you don’t eat a healthy diet and get enough exercise, it can lead to chakra issues. Poor posture can create problems as well. So can lack of sleep, high stress, and negative thinking. Air pollution can also leads to the Vishuddha problems.

The blockage can affect both our emotional and physical well-being in numerous ways such as difficulties in expressing yourself (lack of inspiration and dissatisfaction in artistic endeavors) and misunderstandings, conflicts, and a breakdown in communication with others. You may feel a disconnect or struggle to establish authentic connections.
People can have problems with the fear of judgment, criticism, or rejection.
Physical
Issues in the throat or neck area.
Sore throat, problems with your teeth, mouth or gums, thyroid issues, pain or stiffness in the neck or jaw, issues with the ears (such as trouble hearing), difficulty speaking, quiet or incomprehensible voice, excessive talking or inability to be quiet.
Low thyroid hormone production can be a cause of fatigue, weight gain, depression, and sluggishness.
Excessive thyroid hormone production, can cause restlessness, anxiety, rapid weight loss, and increased heart rate. Emotional:
Negative emotions such as fear, doubt, and uncertainty, feeling insecure, feeling anxious when communicating.
When the throat chakra is blocked, communication can be hindered. You may have trouble expressing your feelings. Or you might not feel comfortable sharing your truth if you have an underactive throat chakra.
An overactive throat chakra is just the opposite. Instead of talking too little, you may talk too much. This can show up in the form of gossiping. You might also find it more difficult to listen. This can appear in the form of interrupting others.
This can include activities such as yoga, meditation, sound healing, dietary changes, and seeking professional medical advice when necessary.

3 ways to unblock Anahata chakra

🤸‍♀️Action:

Breath.

Go outside more often for a walk or jogging. We breathe fresh air and do this pranayama. 

"Full Yoga breathing"

During inhale, imagine 3 balloons inside the nasal, thoracic cavities and in the abdomen. Inflate balloons at these three points for 4-6 steps, or if you do pranayama in a sitting position, for 5 seconds. The same thing we repeat with an exhale. We count down 5 seconds or 4-6 steps, and press the abdominal muscles to the spine.

The most important thing is to breathe easily, freely and relaxed. We do not force the respiratory muscles to make more efforts.

We do this practice for 5 minutes per day.

💎To unlock the inner potential of the heart chakra, wear jewelry with natural stones, such as pink opal, rhodonite, alexandrite, zoisite, unakite, emerald.


🥗Food:

We choose a diet based on color (pink and light green shades) and "lightness" for the gastrointestinal tract.

Anahata Chakra (The fourth, Heart chakra)

Location:
Center of the chest. Behind the sternum, and near the heart.
Element of air (breath).
Color: green, pink, pearl.
Mantra: Yam.

It relates to the heart, lungs, thymus gland, arms, and hands.

The fourth chakra brings us:
Love: The ability to love oneself and others unconditionally, and to give and receive affection with ease.
A very interesting fact, which is rarely mentioned, is that the heart chakra is divided into two components. The lower part corresponds to selfish love. That ordinary love when we love for something. The highest level is responsible for the feeling of unconditional love. This energy gives us the opportunity for spiritual growth and the ability to open the upper chakras.
Balance: This includes not only the ability to maintain physical balance, but also mental balance, the ability to have compassion, forgive and respect both other people and your self.
Inner peace: Feeling a sense of joy and inner peace.
Trust: Trusting in your heart as an inner guide.

Balance status:
The feeling of love in every moment
Understanding your inner purpose
A harmonious feeling of self-confidence

3 ways to unblock a Manipura chakra

Action:

Lighting an aroma candle during your yoga or dancing session.

Contemplation of sunrise or sunset.

Practice Abdominal Breathing. Breathe deeply into your abdomen, expanding it with each inhale, and contract it on the exhale.

Try something new like a hobby, game, music or travel to a new place.

Wear yellow clothing, decorate your apartment with yellow color, or introduce yellow gemstones, like citrine or amber, into your accessories or jewelry collection.

Food:

Eat less processed or frozen foods, sugar, artificial sweeteners, meat, and alcohol.

Instead, find more yellow produce like corn, bananas, pineapples, yellow bell peppers, or apricots.

Lemons are also very effective. Add lemon juice to the water that you drink during the day, an acidic environment allows us to improve the metabolic process, which visually makes us younger and more attractive.

Also there are some semi-natural yellow foods like cheese (better to choose a low fat cheese) or halwa (an oriental
dessert) are also effective.
