I know lots of you go through busy periods in life and put exercise on hold, struggling to find time to workout, end up quitting and find it hard to start again. I wanted to design a plan to help you stay active in these moments, with quick 10-minute workouts, three times a week that you can do anywhere, anytime.

Please don't stop, you've just created a mini habit for the last 7-days that you can build on.

Firstly, you don't have to keep going everyday if it's hard for you, try cutting it down to 3/4 times a week.

You could repeat the challenge if you enjoyed it and it works for you.
