Slow and Steady Wins the Race 🐢

The process of gaining muscle isn’t about rushing or trying to force results. It’s about being consistent and patient.
Too many people get caught up in the idea of quick fixes, but real progress comes from showing up every day, even when the gains feel slow.

When you focus on the long-term process, consistent training, proper nutrition, and recovery, the results will come, but they take time ⏳

Don’t get discouraged by the scale or the mirror. Building muscle isn’t instant. Trust the process, trust your body, and stay focused on making incremental improvements every day.

Over time, you’ll see that all those small efforts lead to big changes.

Remember, muscle is built in the consistency of your actions, not in the rush to see results. So, stay patient, stay disciplined, and trust that slow and steady will get you the physique you want.

BAD DIET = HINDER MUSCLE GROWTH

It's not just about hitting the gym hard—your diet plays a critical role in your results!

Training provides the stimulus, but it's the right nutrition that truly amplifies muscle growth and recovery. Think of your body as a high-performance machine: without premium fuel, you can't expect peak performance.

Proper nutrition ensures your muscles have the necessary building blocks to repair and grow stronger. Without it, your progress will stall, no matter how intense your workouts are.

Remember, consistent training paired with a well-balanced diet is the winning formula for muscle growth. Don’t let your hard work go to waste—if you cannot back up the training with the diet, then you are shooting yourself in the foot.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR DIET !!!

THE secret to muscle growth....

Hello bro, to be honest with you, there is no secret 😂

I just wanted you to click, but now you are here, let me tell you how to grow muscle 101.

It really is simpler than you think...

There is no special workout plan

There is no special exercises

There is no special foods

There are no special supplements

There are no special steroids

That will get you out of the hard work! It's all about how hard you work... How bad do you really want it?

One thing that is really important to success in the gym, is your ability to tolerate pain. Your ability to push your limits...

If you aren't putting in the hard work, if you are stopping when the muscle just starts to burn, then you aren't doing enough my man!

As Tom Platz once said, you always have 5 more....

THE WORST THING ANY GYM GOER CAN POSSIBLY DO....

SKIPPING LEG DAY !!!

I cannot reiterate this enough 😂 skipping legs is an awful habit to get into…

When you skip your leg days, you miss out on the following:

practicing delayed gratification
The testosterone boost from a hard leg session
The natural dopamine after you finish a crazy set
The mental benefits

As they are so painful, you truly discover an ability to push yourself beyond your limits, and you can carry this into your other training days, which would help MORE growth!

There are so many benefits to training legs and I get how people can turn a blind eye to it, because it’s painful to do lol. However you need to ask yourself this:

do you want a disproportional physique?
Do you want to be aesthetic?
Do you want to become the best version of yourself by pushing your limits?

If you said you don’t want a disproportional physique, you want to be aesthetic, and you want to become your best version and achieve peak physical potential, then get to work !!!!

Do this to double your back size 👇

KEEP YOUR SHOULDERS RETRACTED WHEN PERFORMING EXERCISES !!!

I cannot express the importance of this enough...

When you are swinging/using momentum, you end up taking the tension off your back muscles and the momentum starts to perform the repetitions, not your muscles.

The only thing you are making bigger by swinging doo lally is your ego. Your muscles will stay the same if you are swinging everywhere!

If you aren't sure what retracting you shoulders consists of:

Shrug your shoulders like your telling someone you don't know something 🤷‍♂️

Then move your shoulders back

Then move them down

And that's how you retract your shoulders

What this does is actually puts your back in a very isolated position, meaning muscles like your traps, won't interfere when you are doing back exercises like lat pulldowns

Which is important as back is very technical, because you have to use other muscles to train it.

That's my tip of the day folks

STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS !!!

Stop comparing your progress to the photos you see on social media!!!

It’s easy to get discouraged when you’re constantly measuring yourself against someone else’s highlight reel.
Remember, every person’s journey is different, and what you see online is often just the best moments of someone else’s path 👀

Comparing yourself to others can lead to frustration and make you overlook your own hard-earned progress, which you should be over the moon about!

Focus on celebrating your personal gains and milestones, no matter how small they seem. Your progress is your own, and that’s something to be proud of.

Remember, your journey is YOURS alone!

Keep pushing, and stop frying your brain with social media everyday. Just think to yourself: Does comparing your progress with others really help your progress???

Of course it doesn’t!

Keep pushing, and stop letting social media fry your brain 🧠

Want to make the change in 2025? Adapt this mindset ⬇️

It is so simple....

It doesn't matter if.....

It's too hot
It's raining
It's cold
It's too late
You're tired
You don't feel like it

It doesn't matter
You still show up even when you don't feel like it...

Doing the hard work when you don't feel like it is the most important time to get it done and that is where the most growth occurs....

Once you realise this, it will all start to come together and fall into place.

To your success,

Ryan 💪
