This one hit close to home, didn't it?

I made this video that basically contains my biggest understandings of the drop in testosterone levels, and the lack of masculinity in the modern world.

And how behavior is the most sustainable way to increase testosterone.

As expected, your comments show strong feelings on either side, either strong agreement, or things like - I'm being egotistical with forced confidence, hypermasculinity - which is ironic because 5 years ago, I would have thought the same thing if I heard this video.

It's funny, even in the modern "conscious masculinity" scene, there's still a lack and fear of true masculinity (and often a lack thereof) and a strong pull towards very quiet, introspective, very feminine behavior. A bit paradoxical.

The real question is - do you have to hold yourself back - the things you say or do, to avoid displeasing others?

At the end of the day - at least I can say I've spoken my true thoughts without holding back.

Not everyone is going to like that. People love to feel offended to strengthen their "poor traumatized me" victim consciousness.

We live in a world conditioned to be soft, gentle and quiet, so that we can be easily walked all over and forced to do slave sh*t.

F*ck that - I choose freedom.And being free isn't easy, you have to swim against the current ever day.

I personally feel that with semen retention, it's not a case of "the longer the better", but rather about your finding your ideal cycle.

When you do this, you avoid things like an atrophied endocrine system, weak erections, excessive pressure in the prostate, and your hormones and energy levels are at an optimized level.

I was a dreamer as a child.

Luke Skywalker was my hero.

I watched this dude do crazy sh*t.

He faced massive darkness, and never lost his heart.

Never lost his love for his friends and family, and his conviction to do heroic things, no matter the cost.

As a child, I was the hero of my reality, I used my imagination to bring myself out of the darkness of the adults around me and into a realm of pure joy.

But in my teenage years, I lost myself into darkness.

My toy lightsaber and sonic the hedgehog comics were replaced by internet p.rn, music made by drugged and depressed addicts, and substance abuse.

My massive imagination and joy was replaced by self-loathing, anxiety, and depression.

When I got into Qigong and sxual energy cultivation in my 20’s, I realized I’d lost my way.

My beautiful imagination had turned off, and I became consumed by the collective nightmare.

I had self- medicated with drugs and j.k.ing off to prn to numb myself.

But then I rediscovered my massive imagination and endless well of internal strength.

I realized it was my mission to help other men do the same.

I know you’re reading this and you feel a similar call - a call to wake up, a call to awaken others.

It’s time to be a warrior.

However much pain you may feel at times, whatever struggles you may have, someone else is in even more pain.

You have a duty to help others. It’s not really about you, that’s what it means to be a man.

It’s your job to shake it off.

Don’t play a victim.

Don’t fall into modern woke “mediocrity victim consciousness.”

Be a F*cking jedi.

Be a man who will so boldly walk his path through a world - a world that is constantly trying to tear him dow - that you stand out and inspire others to join.

At a young age you got punished for expressing anger, for disagreeing with your parents or teachers.

So you gave up on being your true self and started to lie to everyone. To mold your behavior to be more “likeable”.

You’re using all of your energy to suppress your real feelings deep inside while adopting a fake persona based on trying to please or impress others.

It’s exhausting and unfulfilling to live like this, so you find temporary relief by getting off to adult content, and numbing yourself with substances.

It’s okay, it’s socially accepted and even encouraged to be addicted to adult videos and plant medicines.

The modern man is broken to pieces.

There’s many factors to this - the most common ones are the destructive effects of modern feminism (which is actually anti-female) and the lack of any true masculine influence on young boys.

This has created a generation of men who feel safer trying to become a woman, rather than attract a woman.

We could say that this has been systemically engineered to turn humanity into a sterilized, weak herd of slaves - completely controlled by sensory impulses.

You’re depressed and full of anxiety because you’re living a lazy, impulsive and purposeless path.

Most people these days will just tell you “it’s okay, you just have trauma” “you just need the right medication”.

But I’m here to tell you that the state of being a moody, depressed, anxiety ridden little b*tch can end when you choose to become someone real, to live a real life.

It’s time to train like a man - face your fears, stop seeking a quick fix, get your body and mind in shape - and cultivate your chi.

Stop j.king off to images on a screen and get out into the world.

Through cultivating your mind, body, and spirit - you will find a purpose and drive that has been ej.culated out of most men.

THE PATH TO S<XUAL MASTERY

It's become clear to me that attaining the highest levels of s>xual mastery basically requires the equivalent of an elite athletic training program.

I started really looking at why some men succeed at this and why others don't, and though there are many factors, the #1 factor is this:

Men who train in a variety of mind-body exercises focusing on balancing the nervous system, opening up the energy channels, retraining the pelvic floor to relax instead of contracting during s/x, and developing strong mental focus - are inevitably going to achieve s/xual mastery.

Here's the main problem:

A lot of people are teaching random s.xual exercises - do kegels, do hip thrusts, some energy moving visualizations.

Often it's difficult to piece this things together to really get results - it's like telling someone they'll get ripped by doing pushups and sprints.

Yes, you'll get some results.

But it's more effective to target each part of the body with the right stimulation and make sure each body part is trained with good form, with enough frequency throughout the week to guarantee muscle growth, and enough rest to allow the muscles to rebuild.

This is my mindset to s<xual training - it's not about just training your d*ck or your pelvic floor.

Yes those things are important, but you need to train the entire body, mind, and spirit to change old s>xual tensions into full-body experiences of pumping 0rg.smic bliss from head to toe.

This requires a very specific and intentional training program that you use week-to-week, to make consistent gains on your path.

Better B0ners

Erection quality has been a hot topic with the participants of my online programs.

A major paradigm shift for many men is to stop tensing the pelvic floor muscles to sustain an erection.

If you have to do this in the first place, it means that there’s an imbalance in the pelvic floor.

Tension in the pelvic floor essentially chokes the local blood vessels, lessening blood flow in and out of the penis (healthy erections rely on blood flowing in and out properly). You get the illusion that it increases erection power because the blood is pooled in the penis, but over time the issue gets worse and worse and this desperate technique no longer helps.Best thing to do - balance your pelvic floor (check out my guided 12 minute pelvic floor routine).

Initially there is a period where erections are weak as you transition out of the tension patterns - but if you stick with it, you’ll eventually have better erections than ever.

Here’s another thing I find to be a stiffie booster - lower body cardio.

The cardiovascular strain of aerobic exercises develop the blood vessels in the body, and increase levels of nitric oxide.

Basically you’re growing the infrastructure to supply your Johnson with the flow it needs to turn into a hydraulic super pump.

I notice a huge difference in my erections when I’m doing cardio 3x per week.
