The videos I’m posting now on KarlashFit are archive content that was filmed earlier. Unfortunately, my situation hasn’t changed yet, and I still don’t have the ability to get back to creating new full-scale content.

I see that many of you are already congratulating me on my “return” — I really appreciate it, but it’s not the case yet 🙏

I still have a few videos left in my archive, so I’ll be posting them gradually so the channel doesn’t go completely silent.

Hey friends 👋
Just wanted to check in and ask — how are you really doing today?

Sometimes we get so used to things that we forget how valuable they are:
💡 electricity
🌐 internet
🚿 clean water
🔥 warmth
🏠 a quiet, normal day

All of that feels “normal”… until one day it isn’t.

Last night was one of those reminders for me.
Several missiles flew over our building, and a Shahed drone passed over a nearby street.
In the morning, there was no water in the tap and no electricity at home.
Simple things disappeared for a while.

P.S. As of now, the electricity and water are back 🫠🫠

And the same goes for our bodies.
We rarely appreciate them when everything works fine —
until suddenly, late at night, a tooth starts hurting so badly you feel like climbing the walls 🫣
That’s usually when we remember how good “nothing hurts” actually is.

So today, just a gentle reminder:
✨ appreciate peaceful moments
✨ appreciate your health
✨ appreciate the small things we often take for granted

Hey KarlashFit community 👋
I want to briefly explain why the channel activity has been a bit lower than usual lately.

Right now, we’re experiencing a real winter — something we haven’t had in many years. Heavy snow and temperatures around -20°C have made everyday routines more difficult.

On top of that, the city where I live has been under nightly missile and drone attacks for an entire week, which caused serious damage to the electrical infrastructure. Because of this, electricity can be unavailable anywhere from 5 hours to several days at a time.

I truly appreciate your understanding and patience. I’ll do my best to keep releasing videos as regularly as possible, but at the moment I can’t promise a strict schedule.

💬 I need your opinion, friends!

Are there people in my audience who need chair workouts — exercises done sitting on a chair?
Or maybe you have family members or friends who would benefit from this type of gentle training?

I’m thinking about launching a special “well-being” series — soft, accessible routines for mobility, joint health and light toning.
🪑 Chair workouts can be great for seniors, people recovering from injuries, beginners, or anyone who finds standing exercises difficult.

Important: this will not replace my main content.
Regular workouts will stay exactly as they are.
Chair workouts would appear once a week, maybe as a relaxed “Weekend” or “Sunday” routine for those who need a softer option.
