I’m thinking about launching a special “well-being” series — soft, accessible routines for mobility, joint health and light toning. 🪑 Chair workouts can be great for seniors, people recovering from injuries, beginners, or anyone who finds standing exercises difficult.
Important: this will not replace my main content. Regular workouts will stay exactly as they are. Chair workouts would appear once a week, maybe as a relaxed “Weekend” or “Sunday” routine for those who need a softer option.

I hope you’re all doing great and staying strong. Here in Ukraine, October was quite a month — we went through a series of rocket and drone attacks that caused massive power outages and unstable internet across the country.
But don’t worry — we’re doing fine! 💪🏻 I even got a small backup power supply for my Wi-Fi router, so now we can stay connected and keep things running even during blackouts. When the lights go out — the workouts still go on ⚡️
And just to be clear — I’m not sharing this for sympathy 😊 I just want to let you in on a piece of our reality here, and explain why there might be some small delays in new uploads. These are just our “Ukrainian everyday adventures.” Nothing dramatic — just life.
Even if I’ve been a little slower to reply recently, please know that I see all your comments — every single one of them.
