For a long time I kept asking myself:does the world really need one more online yoga school?And honestly… that question slowed me down a lot.
But then I remembered how I started.
I had so many questions:
Why do we move with inhales and exhales, what actually happens there?Why do we do plank this way and not another?Why does everyone say “just relax” when my body clearly isn’t ready?
I remember leaving classes frustrated.I couldn’t do a pose, and I couldn’t get a real answer on how to get there.“Just watch, repeat, and one day it will happen” never worked for me.
I needed logic, structure, and honesty.I needed answers why something works and why sometimes it doesn’t so I studied and continue studying the biomechanics, the physiology, anatomy, pedagogics to combine the best of yoga with modern movement science, to explain complex things in a very simple, human way.No mystical fog. No shouting cues. No “just trust the process” without context.
The reason why I created my classes on Patreon is because I truly believe there are people like me:curious, a bit nerdy, sometimes impatient 😅people who don’t just want to copy shapes, but want to understand their body and how your mind works.

What I changed after a little Ayurvedic course with @thefrogproject, the yoga studio where I teach my online group classes.
So, about 2 months ago I took a mini Ayurvedic course. And if you don’t know me… I love these tiny experiments where I place myself in new conditions just to see what happens. It’s always good to shake up the perspective and try something I’ve never done before.

Wearing a dress my mom bought me when I was 21 or 22. I love it, and I wore it again on my birthday last week. It was a very emotional day for me. For the first time in my life, I woke up and didn’t receive a message or call from my mom. All my birthdays always started with her. She passed away at the end of last year, and this hurts so much.
I’ve realized that the pain of loss increases a hundred times when you go through moments for the first time without the person you love: the first birthday without her, the first summer trip without her, no more morning talks, that was always our time to share the news. I didn’t know I had lost my best friend…
Still, I had a nice day, and my husband supported me.
I guess this post is a reminder that we’re not here forever.
