Hi beautiful iconic soul,
Wow. I’ve been so tired the past week. Unreal. I’ve been contracting a lot. More letting go. And mentally it took a toll but I heard this morning affirmation from Mel Robbins, every morning she says how grateful she is for a great/amazing day.
What I’ve been doing on and off if being grateful for waking up in my best possible timeline, and I’ve been adding this as well and it’s really shifting something in me.

Once I’ve reflected on the past year, I move into intention.
I look at a few key areas for the year ahead:
• health
• career and business
• relationships
• personal development
• money
• mindset
I set clear, realistic intentions for each one. Nothing vague. Nothing overwhelming. Just what actually fits my life.
Then I take those intentions and bring them into ChatGPT.
I ask it to ask me the right questions so I can turn everything into a short piece of copy I can read every morning.
I save it in my Notes app and read it daily when I wake up. I fine-tune it for a couple of days until it really lands in my body.
Once I feel clear, I move into my 1-hour manifestation ritual.
I don’t do this every day. I use it whenever I want to redirect something specific in my life. A few times a year is enough.

As 2025 comes to an end, I feel like it’s been a big year for so many of us.
A year of growth, change, shedding, learning, and becoming.
I’m personally taking these last few days to slow down, reflect, and set intentions for the year ahead. Not from pressure or urgency, but from self compassion and clarity.
If you feel called to do the same, here are 10 of my favorite journal prompts to gently close this chapter and open the next one.
Reflecting on the past year
• What did this year teach me about myself
• Where did I grow, even if it felt uncomfortable
• What am I most proud of myself for
• What patterns am I ready to leave behind
• What did I learn about my needs, boundaries, and worth
Where you are now
• How do I feel in my body and nervous system today
• What part of me needs more care, patience, or compassion right now
Looking ahead
• How do I want to feel in the year ahead
• What kind of relationship do I want to have with myself
• Who am I becoming as I step into this next chapter
Take your time with these.
There’s no rush to have everything figured out.
Clarity often comes when we create space to listen.
I’m sending so much love into this transition.
We’re allowed to end the year softly and begin again with intention.

I created an Affirmation Journey Guide as a tool you can return to whenever you need grounding, clarity or support.
It’s built around 22 different topics, from healing and safety to self worth, confidence, abundance and embodiment. You can move through it as a full journey from start to finish, or simply choose the topic that resonates most with you right now.
The practice is simple.
You pick one affirmation and let it become your mantra for the day.
Say it when you wake up, when your mind spirals, while you walk, and before you go to sleep.
Affirmations work through repetition. Your subconscious and nervous system learn through familiarity, not force. One sentence, repeated consistently, can slowly rewire how you think, feel and show up in your life.
