The newest confidence loop affirmations are now live on YouTube.
Affirmations work because of repetition.
From a neuroscience perspective, the brain learns through repeated exposure. The thoughts you repeat most often strengthen specific neural pathways. Over time, those pathways become your default patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting.
When you listen to the same affirmation again and again, especially in relaxed states like waking up, walking, or falling asleep, the subconscious mind becomes more receptive. Familiar thoughts feel safer to the nervous system. And what feels safe is more easily accepted as true.
That’s why constantly switching affirmations doesn’t create lasting change >>> Consistency does.
The Affirmation Journey is built around this principle. You choose one affirmation per theme and work with it for a few days at a time. Confidence, self trust, safety, visibility, worth. One sentence. Repeated daily. Until your body starts to respond differently.

Hi beautiful iconic soul,
Wow. I’ve been so tired the past week. Unreal. I’ve been contracting a lot. More letting go. And mentally it took a toll but I heard this morning affirmation from Mel Robbins, every morning she says how grateful she is for a great/amazing day.
What I’ve been doing on and off if being grateful for waking up in my best possible timeline, and I’ve been adding this as well and it’s really shifting something in me.
