One of the biggest shifts that changed my life was taking radical responsibility for my life.
For a long time, I blamed my past, my circumstances, other people, and everything that had happened to me. & while those experiences absolutely shaped me, they didn't have to define the rest of my life.
The moment I stopped asking, "Why is this happening to me?" and started asking, "What can I learn from this?" everything changed. I became calmer, more empowered, and realized that while I couldn't control everything that happened, I could always choose how I responded.
Taking responsibility IS NOT about blaming yourself. BUT IT IS about recognizing that your power has always been with YOU. Every choice, every boundary, every thought, every habit becomes an opportunity to create a different future.
Thursday's hypnosis is all about healing the victim mindset and reconnecting with your personal power. By gently releasing the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and remembering that you have far more influence over your life than you may realize <3

Resistance is SO often misunderstood.
We think it means we're on the wrong path, that we're not ready, or that we simply don't have enough discipline. But more often than not, resistance is your nervous system trying to keep you safe. Your brain prefers what is familiar, even when what's familiar no longer serves you. That's why growth can feel uncomfortable. You're stepping beyond the limits of your current comfort zone.
Ironically, the life you want is often waiting on the other side of that resistance.
Every time you choose to move through fear instead of letting it make your decisions, you teach your mind and body that it's safe to expand. This week's EFT practice is designed to help you soften that resistance so you can stop waiting for the "perfect time" and start choosing the life that's calling you.
