Our thoughts go very naturally towards considering negative outcomes. This is a good inbuilt protection mechanism but one that can, and will, if left to run by itself, ruin our chances of creating magic... Murphy's Law states that everything that could potentially go wrong will eventually go wrong.
That is certainly true but the opposite is true too.
Lets focus, more often perhaps, on the Smurf's Law (yes. I've just invented the formula):
Everything that could potentially go fine will eventually go fine.

10 minutes to start the day feeling more energised.
If you don't have yoga bricks to sit on, roll a towel around a cushion to create a little elevated support for the sitting bones.
The most important thing you want to stay aware of is to breathe slowly and match the length of your breath to the duration of your movement, whether you are inhaling or exhaling.
The breathing should stay soft and long. If it becomes tight, it's an indication that you are trying to hard... ☀️
