Hi, I’m Melanie Kristina — I teach Yoga & Pilates online for mindful strength, calm, and consistency.
Many of my classes blend Yoga and Pilates into short, effective, and mindful sessions. You’ll find a mix of Yoga Flows, Slow Flows, Silent Practices, Pilates Workouts, Wall Pilates, Restorative Yoga, and specialty classes like Equestrian Yoga and Yoga for TBI recovery.
Most classes run 10–30 minutes, so you can stay consistent even on busy days. I keep the cues clear, the vibe calm, and the setting peaceful — offering live and outdoor classes whenever possible.
