good morning or afternoon beautiful & cool women of the earth π« ββ we have now finished filming the FLOW series by the sea and are embracing a new vibe for our next set of classes under the name WELLNESS. π€π these are filmed on our current balcony and are cosy + intimate for the colder season βοΈπ§πΌββοΈγ°οΈ our first class is uploaded and is focused on sciatica relief, but can also be practiced if you simply want a calm floor based session.

this class was filmed in a stunning location πpalma (bucovina) in romania π·π΄. we are currently there for the summer before moving to greece π¬π·. this class marks the first of our new set of yoga classes under the series β¨shine β¨which is focused on revitalising ourselves with fun & fiery vinyasas so we can FEEL our BODIES & sweat together this season π¦ β€οΈβπ₯β°οΈπ. this class is now available to practice and more are coming your way each wednesday π»π¦πͺ»
