Meet Jenny from Taiwan, who embarked on a journey to the United States a decade ago for studies and stumbled upon the world of yoga. In 2022, she proudly earned her RYT200 yoga instructor certification, and in 2023, she studied pelvic yoga. Jenny is dedicated to ongoing learning, especially in the areas of women's health and nutritional therapy.
She loves the calm and serenity that yoga brings, flowing seamlessly through yoga postures. When teaching, Jenny focuses on alignment in yoga poses, as well as the delicate balance between muscle endurance and flexibility. She believes that true energy arises from achieving balance, and it is her aspiration to share this revitalizing energy with everyone.

今天練習瑜珈主要練習肘倒立,沒想到今天算是成功解鎖了!感動又開心!畢竟我跳了一年了呀~
瑜珈練習以來,我最大的障礙就是手平衡,去年底手腕發炎,更是害怕與儘量避免手腕上的練習,不過這陣子自己很努力練習手臂及肩部的力量,會在練習中帶入很多肘平板、hold 住鱷魚、海豚等等,沒想到今天盡然做到肘倒立了!
練習和教學以來一直秉持的「保持練習,體式自然就會來了」的信念,這次經驗讓我更加肯定這句話的真諦!
