If you're looking for a thorough seated stretch, I uploaded a new 30 minute routine onto my second channel today. Many of you are likely not aware that I have two channels, so this is also a good opportunity for me to tell you about it. I started my seated channel about two years ago and upload 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate...yes, same as what I do on this channel). I also create some workouts combining seated and standing exercises which allows people to grow stronger, while also being able to sit down and still continue to exercise from a seated position. The seated stretches are great for all levels, especially if you can't get down on the floor to stretch, and want something a little more relaxing than standing and stretching.

I realized I missed a section at the end of the newest video that got uploaded this morning (thank you to viewers who noticed and informed me!). Unfortunately I didn't read the comments until this evening (the up next window got missed in the last 6 minutes of the workout). I feel as though it could make the video confusing and frustrating so I'm in the process of editing the video and I'll be re-uploading it shortly. I apologize for the mix-up and I'll be deleting the video shortly. Unfortunately I can't edit the video within YouTube so it's a matter of deleting it and uploading it again. Sorry about that! Happy Sunday everyone! As most of you know, I work full-time outside of what I do on YouTube and life has been busier than usual lately. We're renovating our kitchen and replacing the floor on our main level so my house is chaos! I also want to spend some time searching for new music for my videos and do some much needed admin work. I am thinking it'll be 3-4 weeks before I return with a new video but I'll keep you updated as the weeks go on.

Just a reminder that I have monthly workout calendars on my website which have daily workouts planned for you to make it easier to choose a workout.

I'll be sharing some helpful tips and info over the next few weeks, which is something I've been meaning to do, but never had the time. I'm looking forward to getting more organized over the next few weeks so I can continue to create videos for you.

I am allowing myself to take a break from recording this weekend since it's been a busy week with preparing for Christmas.
