Happy Sunday everyone! As most of you know, I work full-time outside of what I do on YouTube and life has been busier than usual lately. We're renovating our kitchen and replacing the floor on our main level so my house is chaos! I also want to spend some time searching for new music for my videos and do some much needed admin work. I am thinking it'll be 3-4 weeks before I return with a new video but I'll keep you updated as the weeks go on.

Just a reminder that I have monthly workout calendars on my website which have daily workouts planned for you to make it easier to choose a workout.

I'll be sharing some helpful tips and info over the next few weeks, which is something I've been meaning to do, but never had the time. I'm looking forward to getting more organized over the next few weeks so I can continue to create videos for you.

I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and to thank you for your ongoing support with my channel. I am allowing myself to take a break from recording this weekend since it's been a busy week with preparing for Christmas. There will not be a new upload tomorrow, but you'll have plenty of videos to choose from in the playlists. For those who don't know, I also work full-time outside of what I do on YouTube and create videos on the weekends. I've had lots of support from viewers encouraging me to take a break this week, which I have decided to take.

I wanted to give a heads up that I'll be uploading an all-standing resistance band strength workout on Monday. If you don't have bands, and you want to follow along, I hope the advance notice will give you time to purchase some. You can use the resistance tubes, or bands, depending on what you like, and what you can afford. I personally like the ones below since you can make greater levels of resistance, but the bands work well, too. I'll include links to make it easy:
