If you're looking for a thorough seated stretch, I uploaded a new 30 minute routine onto my second channel today. Many of you are likely not aware that I have two channels, so this is also a good opportunity for me to tell you about it. I started my seated channel about two years ago and upload 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate...yes, same as what I do on this channel). I also create some workouts combining seated and standing exercises which allows people to grow stronger, while also being able to sit down and still continue to exercise from a seated position. The seated stretches are great for all levels, especially if you can't get down on the floor to stretch, and want something a little more relaxing than standing and stretching.
