I provide fun, playful bitesize movement snacks to break up longer sedentary periods as well as more practical movement suggestions stacked onto regular tasks in daily life.
Learning good technique can improve unused and even unlock lost natural movement skills.
Natural movement training with Reclaim Movement covers skills such as getting up and down from the ground, moving around on and near the ground, balancing, traversing, lifting, carrying, picking up and more.
