Welcome! I’m Rachel, Certified Master Pilates Instructor and former professional dancer with over 15 years teaching experience.

Before setting up my own successful Pilates studio in London, I taught in sports injury clinics, helping clients recover through tailored Pilates-based rehabilitation. When my business closed during Covid, I moved my teaching online — and discovered a wonderful global community of movers and wellbeing enthusiasts!
