Every time you set a boundary with anything that does not contribute positively to your life,
Every time you take action to stop an energetically and emotionally draining experience,
You are telling life : I no longer want this in my experience, and I am ready to receive the opposite.
Life will reward you with that which serves you and energizes you. Life will match your vibration.
When I decided to say yes to soul fulfilling relationships, I had to let go of anything thadides not fall into this category and life never provided those anymore.
Say YES with intention, and say NO with action.

It isn't some romantic notion to use as caption on selfies, nor is it just another juicy topic of conversation to fill time with
Feminine power is a concept to embody and live through
It is something we reclaim from societal conditioning
And we create at the level of our nervous system.
We can't be powerful feminine women if our nervous system cannot meet us there.
This is why my approach is to create feminine power through tangible healing modalities that help you shed the layers of conditioning and programming from your subconscious and your nervous system
Then you use your physiology and your psychology as the vehicles through which you embody that power.

If you want to change because you do not love and accept who you are right now, you will not love yourself afterwards.
It is not the change on the outside that will activate self love within you. It's the other way around.
Mind you that self acceptance does NOT mean you don't work on improving all aspects of yourself.
On the contrary, self love will motivate you to grow and transform to your soul's satisfaction.
Add a pinch of self compassion and boom ✨, you got a recipe for success.
This is the kind of change you can build upon.
The kind of change that will facilitate every other change for you.
One of the WORST times of change for me was when I tried to change who I truly am to fit the wounded masculine idea of womanhood in my abusive relationship.
It felt like I was holding a knife against my own skin and removing parts of my flesh.
It was based in the idea of : I am not enough.
And guess what? The abuser is never content with the result and I was left with pain, confusion and further alienation from myself
We don't need reasons or conditions to accept ourselves.
We need to be compassionate with ourselves, always, and more so when we are on a journey of change which is scary for our brain and nervous system, even if it's healing.
A little compassion goes a Loooooong way!
Be open and willing, start practicing it slowly but steadily.
You might stumble at times and that is just OK, keep going no matter what.
This is where compassion plays part in the journey making it less painful.

Brain : Change and disruption scare me.
Heart : I understand but I know the truth, just follow me.
Brain : No way, I need to protect myself.
Heart : I will help you break free from the drama so you can see the opportunity as you shift perspective.
Brain : Drama is your job, not mine?
Heart : I can help you navigate uncertainty.
Brain : What if I'm not built for this?
Heart : Of course you are. You are very programmable remember? And I'm just going to reprogram you to be at ease instead of freaking out.
Brain : It's hard, difficult, confusing, annoying, boring.
Heart : I'm not letting you scare me. I will teach you to be at ease.
Don't worry brain, the world is not ending. This is just an opportunity for us to prove how resilient we are, show up for ourselves and others as well.
Brain : So what do you suggest I do?
Heart : Now we're talking 🤩 I have the answers for you but you need to be still to hear them.
I know this is not easy, but you have to make a choice and realize you are not powerless.
And you know what, dear brain? I too want you to be safe and to survive, I just know a better way to do it.
Stay with me, I know how to activate your superpowers and help you unleash your creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making capabilities.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the physiology of resilience.
Creating an inner environment of balance and ease that is maintained amidst chaos.
This is the power you have within you and this is the power no one can take away from you.
A power that you can develop with committment to create an immensly positive impact on all areas of your life.
Power isn't just an idea, it is a mindset that is planted at the level of your nervous system and you can feel it work during your hardest times as I and my clients have.
When we are able to maintain our focus, composure and clarity amidst circumstances that create deep pain within us.
We are not running away from the pain but our nervous systems have expanded capacity to hold it in groundedness and composure.

Challenges reveal to you, my dear, your level of emotional resilience.
They also reveal how much your past traumas or limiting beliefs are still affecting you.
In face of a challenge or distressing moment, what is your first reaction?
What is the action you attempt to take?
How long does it take yoh to return to your normal state of balance?
All of these details indicate your level of emotional resilience and recovery.
If every challenge causes you to remain stuck in a vicious circle of negative feelings and you don't know how to get out of, then your level of resilience is low.
If it takes you a lot of time to return to your normal, balanced emotional and mental state, as in, weeks and months, it means you have low emotionalresilience.
If every disturbance and affliction reminds you of your negative beliefs about yourself, then you still have a lot of healing ahead of you.
This is not to say that having high emotional resilience means we no longer experience negative emotions.
Emotional resilience is our ability to deal with a negative event effectively and with minimal casualties on our performance, relationships, and quality of life. It also means our ability to return to a state of balance & peace in a short time.
As for the healing, my dear, it will never end as long as we are alive and as long as we desire to develop and progress in various aspects of our lives.
Recently I was challenged by whom I considered a friend. I felt betrayed and disappointed and taken advantage of.
The first thing I did was deal with the negative feelings, a step without which I will not be able to find a solution. Then I asked myself how can I solve this problem and why did this happen to me?
I realized I needed to be more selective in who I considered as a friend and I needed to be more assertive with my boundaries, and protective of my energy.
And that was it!
Emotional resilience means more control over your inner world which means having mote control over your outer world.
It also means moving effectively in life and remaining composed under stress and maintaining the ability to think clearly and come up with effective solutions.
