My 10 Commandments of losing belly fat 🔥
You are not broken. You are just doing the wrong things. Fix these 10 and watch your waist shrink.

1- You’re eating too much. It’s not carbs, age, or genetics. Calories are the biggest roadblock for why you struggle getting rid of belly fat.

2- Stop crunching your life away. Abs show up when body fat goes down. Train your core for strength. Reveal it in the kitchen. Train your abs 2-3x per week like any other muscle group.

3- Stubborn is normal. Your stomach fat is the first place fat goes and the last place it leaves. Push longer than you think. So if you are seeing changes everywhere else in your body, keep going.

4- Be honest about how much you need to lose. Underestimating the goal keeps you stuck. You think it’s going to take 2 months to lose your belly fat, when in reality it might take 6. Be okay with that/

5- Organic won’t save you. Organic cookies are still cookies. Keto ice cream is still ice cream. Labels don’t burn fat. Simple foods do: chicken, eggs, rice, veggies.

6- Weight loss improves everything. Don’t just do it for how you look, do it for how you feel. Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, sleep, joints, hormones. Health upgrades when body fat drops.

7- Most people don’t want you to change. You will have to stop caring what others think of you in order to lose belly fat. Stop being a people pleaser. Your growth exposes their excuses. This is your body. Choose results over comfort.

8- Discipline beats motivation. If you’re serious about losing belly fat, it’s going to take a long time and you will lose motivation. Motivation fades. Show up anyway. The hard days count the most.

9- Your belly is a kitchen problem. It doesn’t matter how much you workout, if your nutrition is off, your stomach will not shrink. You cannot out-train a bad plate. Fix your food and your stomach follows.

10- Do it for them. Make your goal bigger than yourself. Do it for your family and your friends. . Give them the healthiest, strongest you. Your transformation will inspire them to change.

My 7 Fat Loss Rules to Stop Starving and Start Losing👇🏽

Most people try to lose fat by eating less and moving less. That is why they quit.

Here are the 7 rules my clients use to get lean and stay lean:

1- Lose fat at the highest calories possibleBigger caloric turnover wins. More food = better adherence, more energy, less metabolic slowdown, longer fullness.

2- Simplicity scales, complexity failsBuild 90% of your diet on simple, single-ingredient foods: chicken, eggs, steak, fish, Greek yogurt, rice, oats, veggies. The other 10% is flexible. Boring works because boring is consistent.

3- Don’t just track. PlanLook ahead. Pre-log meals. If dinner is out, adjust breakfast and lunch. Planning leads. Tracking reacts.

4- Protein is kingIt keeps you full, raises calorie burn to digest, and saves your muscle. Make protein the main thing on every plate.

5- Walk more than you thinkYour steps drive most of your fat loss. Aim for 10 to 12k daily. Lifting builds the body. Walking reveals it.

6- Follow the 2x2 ruleOne bad meal is fine. One missed workout is fine. Never let it become two in a row. Consistency beats motivation.

7- Treat your body like a businessRun on data, not feelings. Track calories, weight, waist, photos, steps, and lifts. If you are not tracking, you are guessing.

20 Eating Cheat Codes That helped me Drop 40 lbs

1. Don’t eat from the bag. Put some on a plate, then close the bag and put it away.
2. Don’t eat your feelings. Food can’t fix them. They just come back later.
3. Stop saying “bad foods.” Think “healthy foods” and try to eat more of those.
4. Chew a lot. Chew until your food is soft like liquid. It helps you feel full.
5. Skip alcohol. It adds extra calories, hurts sleep, and makes you hungrier tomorrow.
6. Take a short walk after you eat. It helps your body and boosts energy.
7. Eat similar meals each day. It keeps things easy and helps you hit your goals.
8. At restaurants, skip the bread or have just 1–2 pieces. It adds tons of extra calories.
9. Know your trigger foods. If you can’t stop at one, don’t keep it around.
10. Try not to drink much water while eating. It can make you eat faster.
11. Want lower cholesterol? Add a little psyllium husk to water or your protein shake.
12. Don’t eat in the car, on your phone, or in front of the TV. Focus on your food.
13. Use smaller plates. Your brain thinks you ate more.
14. Fill half your plate with veggies. They help you feel full.
15. Brush and floss after dinner. It stops late-night snacking.
16. Snack at night a lot? You probably didn’t eat enough real food earlier.
17.Don’t eat until you’re stuffed. Stop at about 80% full.
18. Trying to lose weight? Pick potatoes for your carbs. They keep you full.
19. Drink water before and after meals. It helps you feel full.
20. Use a plate color that’s different from your food. People tend to eat less on blue plates.
