My 10 Commandments of losing belly fat 🔥
You are not broken. You are just doing the wrong things. Fix these 10 and watch your waist shrink.

1- You’re eating too much. It’s not carbs, age, or genetics. Calories are the biggest roadblock for why you struggle getting rid of belly fat.

2- Stop crunching your life away. Abs show up when body fat goes down. Train your core for strength. Reveal it in the kitchen. Train your abs 2-3x per week like any other muscle group.

3- Stubborn is normal. Your stomach fat is the first place fat goes and the last place it leaves. Push longer than you think. So if you are seeing changes everywhere else in your body, keep going.

4- Be honest about how much you need to lose. Underestimating the goal keeps you stuck. You think it’s going to take 2 months to lose your belly fat, when in reality it might take 6. Be okay with that/

5- Organic won’t save you. Organic cookies are still cookies. Keto ice cream is still ice cream. Labels don’t burn fat. Simple foods do: chicken, eggs, rice, veggies.

6- Weight loss improves everything. Don’t just do it for how you look, do it for how you feel. Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, sleep, joints, hormones. Health upgrades when body fat drops.

7- Most people don’t want you to change. You will have to stop caring what others think of you in order to lose belly fat. Stop being a people pleaser. Your growth exposes their excuses. This is your body. Choose results over comfort.

8- Discipline beats motivation. If you’re serious about losing belly fat, it’s going to take a long time and you will lose motivation. Motivation fades. Show up anyway. The hard days count the most.

9- Your belly is a kitchen problem. It doesn’t matter how much you workout, if your nutrition is off, your stomach will not shrink. You cannot out-train a bad plate. Fix your food and your stomach follows.

10- Do it for them. Make your goal bigger than yourself. Do it for your family and your friends. . Give them the healthiest, strongest you. Your transformation will inspire them to change.
