The first video for the NEW hip and knee rehab course landed this morning! Are you waiting for joint surgery or have had it recently? Do you find exercise or yoga classes getting harder due to joint pain? This three month course will guide you step by step to mobilizing safely again.
I recommend you do the short (under 15 minutes) practices daily (even more than once is fine) for about a week. A new video will drop each Monday from now on. It might seem very simple and you'll probably want to have more challenge but there is a method to this madness, I promise. Careful, compassionate and curious is the way to sustainable gains in range of motion and reducing pain.
