내일 코스트코에 가기전에 오늘 저녁으로 냉동실에 남아있던 통돼지삼겹(코스트코 구입)으로 구이를 했어요.
냉동후 별도해동 없이 에어프라이어로 구워먹어도 맛이 훌륭했어요.
쌈무(오아시스 제품), 무말랭이무침(올가 제품), 소금(코스트코 구입)을 곁들여 먹었어요.
돼지고기 효능
단백질, 필수아미노산, 비타민, 철분, 아연등이 풍부하여 피로회복과 성인병예방에 도움
주의
과다섭취시 체중증가, 콜레스테롤상승, 동맥경화 위험
등의 이유로 기름은 일부 제거하고 먹었어요.

I grilled some pork belly left in the freezer for dinner to make space because I'm going to Costco tomorrow,.
Even after freezing, I cooked it in the air fryer without thawing, and it was so delicious.
I served it with sweet sliced radish pickle (from Oasis market), seasoned dried radish (from Orga market), and salt (from Costco).
Benefits from Pork
: Rich in protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, iron, and zinc, it helps relieve fatigue and prevent adult diseases.
Caution from eating pork
:Excessive consumption can lead to weight gain, elevated cholesterol, and arteriosclerosis.
For these reasons, I removed some of the fat before eating.

가지는 7-8월이 제철로 영양이 풍부해요.
가지는 비타민, 무기질 식이섬유가 풍부해서 심혈관건강, 항산화, 노화방지, 장건강에 도움이 되고,
보라색의 안토시아닌이 눈건강에도 도움이 준다고 해요.
다만, 가지는 찬성질이라서 열체질 사람에게는 열을 식혀주나, 찬성질인 사람은 많이 먹지 않는게 좋다고 해요.
오븐에 구워낸 가지에 간장, 유기농원당, 참기름 세가지로만 버무려서 가지덮밥을 해서
고기나 달걀프라이를 함께 곁들이면 정말 맛있더라고요. 아이도 잘먹어요.
(고기는 코스트코에서 구매한 소고기에요.)

I make eggplant rice by mixing oven-baked eggplant put simple sauces of soy sauce, organic sugar, and sesame oil.
I pair it with meat or a fried egg. It's incredibly delicious. Even daughter love it.

There are the mini pumpkins my parents gave me not from Costco this time.
I still really like mini pumpkins, and I think pumpkins taste better on their own than when cooked.
I steamed them with microwave today and had them with my family as a snack.

가격차이는 크지 않는데 코스트코 제품이 용량이 커서 두루두루 사용하기 좋아요.

I would like to post a record of the food I ate over the weekend that I prepared with Costco products.
Costco products were used frozen vegetables, beef, frozen squid, and pasta noodles.
I ate everything I bought last week for mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, so I bought them by early morning delivery.
There is little price difference, but Costco products have a large amount, so they are good to be used often.

실내에서는 천장보기로 대체해서 언제 어디서나 할수있어요.
천천히고개들어 천장보시고 2-3번의 호흡후 천천히 돌아오기에요.
간단한 습관으로 우리모두 목디스크 예방해 보아요.

What I often do these days is look up at the sky.
There are many yoga postures that are good for preventing neck disc, but the easiest way is to look at the sky.
I look up the ceiling indoors instead and do it anywhere and anytime.
Slowly raise your head, look at the ceiling, and take a breath (maybe 2-3 breaths) and slowly return.
We can prevent neck disc with simple habits.
I hope you see the sky and ceiling often and have a healthy daily life.

고기와 버섯 그리고 새우샐러드를 밥과 함께 반찬으로 주니 아이도 잘먹어요.
유튜버 @ryuniiii 류니키친님 영상보고 따라했는데, 새송이버섯을 대충찢어 에어프라이어로 구워 참기름 소금 기름장에 찍어먹으니 정말 맛있었어요.
셋이서 큰 새송이버섯 세개를 고기와 순삭했네요.

For Sunday lunch, I had a brunch with full of carbs and a healthy meal with food I had shopped at Costco for dinner.
American Beef KRW 79,350 / about 3 kg
Pesticide-free king oyster mushrooms KRW 5,390
Prawn mango salad KRW 18,810
My daughter also liked prepared grilled meat, mushrooms, and shrimp salad as a side dish with rice for dinner.
I watched the video of YouTuber @ryuniiiiii Ryunikichin and followed it, and it was really delicious to roughly tear up new king oyster mushrooms, grill it with an air fryer, and dip it in sesame oil salt oil sauce.
The three of us ate three large king oyster mushrooms with meat.
I hope you don't have any damage from the rain overnight, and please take care of your health in the hot summer.

코스트코 월넛브레드 가격 및 영양정보(사진참고)입니다.
지난번에도 소개했는데 다먹어서 어제 또 사왔어요.
맛은 호불호가 있을 맛으로, 건강한맛이에요.
그런데도 다 먹고 또사올수 있는 이유는, 식사대용으로 괜찮은것 같아요.
1센치 정도로 잘라 구운 월넛브레드에 하바티치즈를 크기게 맞게 올려서 먹으면
그 맛이 조화롭고 담백하면서 맛있게 느껴졌어요. (1끼 두조각)
이렇게 먹으면 포만감이 느껴지고, 저의 경우 혼자 간단히 먹을때 식사대용으로 먹었어요.
구운계란과 샐러드를 함께 겻들이면 영양도 챙기면서 건강도 챙길수 있어요.

I introduced this bread last time, and I ate it all, so I bought it again yesterday.
The taste is a bit subjective, but it is healthy for me.
However, the reason I ate it all and bought it again is because it seems to be good as a meal replacement.
When I cut the walnut bread into 1cm pieces and put Havarti cheese on it to the right size,
the taste was harmonious, light, and delicious. (two pieces enough for me per meal)
When I eat it like this, I feel full, and in my case, when I ate it as a meal replacement, my weight has not changed.
Also I eat it with a baked egg and salad, and I can take nutrition.

I did yoga in jeju. I especially like yoga because I can do it anytime, anywhere.
Effects of Warrior Pose 2 according to Google AI
1. Strengthens lower body strength and flexibility

5. Improves digestion
There are some yoga poses that I like including warrior pose, and if I had to pick only one of them, it would be Mountain Pose.

I also recommend taking at least 10 deep breaths when you suddenly have a headache or muscle pain.
