There are many yoga postures that are good for preventing neck disc, but the easiest way is to look at the sky. I look up the ceiling indoors instead and do it anywhere and anytime. Slowly raise your head, look at the ceiling, and take a breath (maybe 2-3 breaths) and slowly return. We can prevent neck disc with simple habits.
