I grilled some pork belly left in the freezer for dinner to make space because I'm going to Costco tomorrow,. Even after freezing, I cooked it in the air fryer without thawing, and it was so delicious.
I served it with sweet sliced radish pickle (from Oasis market), seasoned dried radish (from Orga market), and salt (from Costco).
Benefits from Pork : Rich in protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, iron, and zinc, it helps relieve fatigue and prevent adult diseases.
Caution from eating pork :Excessive consumption can lead to weight gain, elevated cholesterol, and arteriosclerosis.
For these reasons, I removed some of the fat before eating.
