A decade ago, I transformed my body and life through adopting a low-carb lifestyle. I went from sick, sad, and stressed out with chronic health conditions, depression, disordered eating, and excess weight to healthy, happy, vibrant, and thriving in my DREAM body!

I entered the world of bodybuilding 6 years ago and am now a Pro Bikini/Wellness Athlete, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, trained Life Coach, and eating disorder recovery WARRIOR.
