For those that are new, my name is Jeffrey Hartford, and my purpose of this YouTube channel is to share information that will help you execute in various areas of your life while inspiring you to chase the best version of yourself on a daily basis.
For the past 20 years, my passions have been driven by the fitness industry in which I have provided clients, friends and anyone that has crossed my path with the highest level of service and care.

Viewing myself as a Health and Wellness Conduit, I hope to teach and simplify powerful components for improving your mindset, balancing your business and personal life and tools for tapping into your hidden potential.

Besides being a lifelong learner, teacher, husband and father of three, I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

Today is Day 60!

In 60 consecutive days of getting into my cold plunge/ice bath I have experienced profound improvement.

Focusing on my breath, specifically my exhale; I’m able to stay in significantly longer. From 30-60 seconds at the beginning, to regularly seeing 5-6minutes now.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable 🥶

Choose your hard 🥶👊

Progress…NOT Perfection.

At 42 y/o it may take a little more focus and commitment than it did in my 20’s BUT, it’s worth the discipline.

It’s about MUCH MORE than aesthetics.

The energy, bloodwork, confidence, mindset, etc are all well worth the time and effort!

Wherever you are on your fitness journey- emphasize your metabolic health first and foremost.

I find it’s vital to seek to understand the WHY first, then learn the how.

Learning how won’t help much when you’re stressed.

Learning why will keep you committed to your change.

You are capable.

You are worthy.
