Progress…NOT Perfection.At 42 y/o it may take a little more focus and commitment than it did in my 20’s BUT, it’s worth the discipline.It’s about MUCH MORE than aesthetics. The energy, bloodwork, confidence, mindset, etc are all well worth the time and effort!Wherever you are on your fitness journey- emphasize your metabolic health first and foremost. I find it’s vital to seek to understand the WHY first, then learn the how.Learning how won’t help much when you’re stressed.Learning why will keep you committed to your change.You are capable.You are worthy.Much love to you all!Have a blessed day 🙏❤️
