If you already made a good choice in the morning about the ingredients you put into your body, it’s gonna be way easier to keep up with it throughout the day. 🤓
But watch out! Make sure you eat ENOUGH, because if you stay hungry after each meal during the day, this is when you have crazy bing eatings in the night. 🍔🍩
When new trainees arrive to my program we usually start by setting up new habits. One of my favourite and go to habit is to put them on a great breakfast regime that they have to follow during the whole program. 🗓
Usually this little push helps them get used to better eating habits and they apply it subconsciously with all the other meals too. 🥬🥩

These past few weeks have been super transforming on every aspect of my life - career, mental and physical health, relationships, realizing my own toxic traits and forcing myself to understand others’.
I think the main motivator of this shift was (and still is) the following: PURE HONESTY.
Finally being brutally honest with myself and with the people around me has given me the greatest slaps in the face but also liberation and release.
I cannot wait to see what the next chapter is holding for me but I’m also aware that I’m a co-author of this story!
Let’s welcome and embrace change! 🙏🏼 If one thing is sure in life is that everything is keep changing and if we don’t let ourselves change with them, sooner or later they’ll break us.
