YOUR BREAKFAST SETS THE TONE FOR THE WHOLE DAY! ☀️⬇️

If you already made a good choice in the morning about the ingredients you put into your body, it’s gonna be way easier to keep up with it throughout the day. 🤓

But watch out! Make sure you eat ENOUGH, because if you stay hungry after each meal during the day, this is when you have crazy bing eatings in the night. 🍔🍩

When new trainees arrive to my program we usually start by setting up new habits. One of my favourite and go to habit is to put them on a great breakfast regime that they have to follow during the whole program. 🗓

Usually this little push helps them get used to better eating habits and they apply it subconsciously with all the other meals too. 🥬🥩
