You Reclaimed Project

Hi, I’m Madalina. You, Reclaimed looks at limerence, attachment, love, and modern relationships through the lens of earlier relational wounding — how complex/ongoing childhood experiences shape what we’re drawn to now.

A lot of what we call “I just really like them” is actually old attachment wiring trying to resolve something. So here we slow it down, look at what your nervous system learned to expect, and what it feels like in your body when someone is actually safe.

We talk about:

Attachment patterns (anxious, avoidant, mixed) and how they show up in dating

Limerence — why one person becomes the obsession

How complex trauma makes intensity feel normal

Emotionally immature vs emotionally available partners

Somatic cues of safety vs threat, and rebuilding self-trust

The point isn’t to pathologize you — it’s to give you language for what’s happening, so you can choose relationships from awareness, not from old patterns.
