Qualitative research normally goes after more in-depth, lived, and unique experiences about a phenomenon. Different approaches of a qualitative study reflect the similar evaluative patterns:


Case Study
This approach investigates a specific organization, entity, company, or event in-depth, using multiple data sources and triangulation. Researchers may conduct either single or multiple case studies depending on the requirements of their inquiry.


Phenomenology
This method delves into the distinctive lived experiences of individuals, extending beyond mere participant perspectives. It's particularly suited to studying experiences that are not common or generalizable, making it less applicable to routine processes or perspectives, such as those found in business.


Grounded Theory
Aimed at developing or refining theory about a phenomenon, this approach is best suited when there is no existing theory, or the available theories are insufficient to fully explain the subject of study.


Ethnography
This technique involves studying a culture by becoming immersed in the population and context under investigation, offering an insider's perspective on the phenomena being studied.


Narrative Research
This method focuses on exploring phenomena through the lens of storytelling, allowing participants to articulate their experiences in a narrative form.

Many people create their profiles on Fiverr but don't bother to make all 7 gigs in Start. Even if they do so, they don't know that for getting projects, They need to regularly respond to the buyer requests that are continuously being posted on Fiverr.

Buyer Requests are actually jobs/Job requests that are being posted by Buyers/Clients. In this video I have explained how can you see buyer Requests and how should you pick a buyer Request and apply for a job.

Confidence makes an interview successful

You've just been awarded a golden ticket, an interview, after the long, frustrating journey of looking for and applying for new jobs. But the panic sets in after a brief moment of celebration: your pulse is already racing, your palms are starting to sweat, and you're wondering: can they smell fear when hiring managers like sharks?

You're not alone if the idea of sitting alongside a hiring manager makes your stomach churn. Do not let your nerves get the best of you, though! Try one of these techniques, or at least make you appear that way, to help you feel calm, cool, and collected.

A job interview is a formal, purposeful discussion. Your goal is to show the employer that you have the qualifications, experience, and abilities to do the job and that you can easily blend into the business and its culture. It is no more a mystery that employers want to recruit people who are confident in their interviews.

Demonstrating confidence is an absolute measure of success for the candidate during the interview. All you need to work on the following practices for ensuring you're confident during an interview:

=> Take some breath and normalize yourself
=> Don't lose eye contact with an interviewer
=> Don't wriggle and never make uneven moves; it shows your anxiety
=> Maintain a self-assured body language
=> Perform press pausing to stick with one idea at a moment
=> Smile and try to enjoy the conversation
=> Don't say anything you can't defend
=> Try to interview a bit your interviewer
=> Tell the interviewer how you're an appropriate person for this job
=> Talk the usual and unusual ways for getting the job done
=> Listen carefully, instead of being ready just for giving answers
=> Remember, you're not sitting on the edge, there are a lot of other opportunities waiting for you
