Idan's goal is to share the highly valuable knowledge, tools and practices that has helped him deal with depression, anxiety and other day to day negative emotions, hoping they will benefit whoever puts them into practice in daily life.

After graduating from a Master degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and working in the field, Idan fell into deep depression with suicidal thoughts.

In 2014 Idan was ordained as a Theravada Buddhist Monk in Thailand and studied from different Mindfulness Meditation Masters. He teaches Buddhist Mindfulness meditation combined with psychological tools for self development.

This channel approaches mental health with a combination of scientific psychological knowledge along with Buddhist Wisdom.
