Hi, I’m Brittanie! I’m a health coach and nutritionist and I help people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other digestive issues reduce their symptoms and change their lives through dietary and lifestyle modification. I, too, suffered from debilitating IBS and Fibromyalgia for many years. As my health deteriorated, my life became increasingly small. I had so many non-specific symptoms and had no idea where to start. I decided to focus on my diet and OH MY GOD that changed everything! Now I live a fairly normal life. I am able to work and have a social life, I am no longer afraid of food, and I have a much better relationship and appreciation for body once I learned how to care for her.
