This channel aims to share yogic practices to reach our highest physical, mental and spiritual health. Satvic Movement, a holistic health education platform, was founded in August 2017 by Subah and Harshvardhan Saraf, and today it has become a rapidly growing organisation that has transformed the lives of millions of people. Through this channel, we intend to make the knowledge of yoga available to every person who wants to learn and practice Yoga.

What can you expect?

If you often feel anxious or drained, here’s what to avoid:

🚫 Gossip & Rumours – Ever listened to gossip and later felt weird or guilty? That negativity can stick with you. Even if you’re just listening, it can affect your mood and energy. Try changing the topic or politely walking away, and you’ll feel much better.

🚫 Stimulants – Does your morning coffee keep turning into three or four? Caffeine and alcohol might seem like quick fixes, but they overstimulate your nervous system, making you more restless. Try swapping one cup for fresh fruit juice or herbal tea - it will nourish your body and add life to your day.

🚫 Negative News – Ever scrolled through bad news before bed and found it harder to sleep? Constant negativity can weigh on your mind and increase stress. Try setting time limits for news and ending your day with something positive, like an inspiring podcast or relax with a book.

Small shifts = big mental peace. 💙
