These past 2 weeks, I have been struggling with respiratory issues. So I am now loaded up on meds and am on an inhaler. Filming of new content will go on pause while I try to get some rest. As someone who is super active with juggling life responsibilities and exercise, sometimes my body gives me a strong reminder that I am not the Energizer bunny and I need to rest. So I am going to follow the below sage advice, to rest while symptoms are below the neck and will try to post new content when I am well.

Today, was one of those 90 plus degree days where all you want to do is stay inside. Solution - Pool Day. I would encourage you if you don't have a pool, check out your community parks and recreation local pools. They offer pool access at low cost and some have discounts for kids and seniors. Swim lessons also are a bargain as well.
