█ Gymnastics-based training for better strength, mobility, and flexibility
My name is Maxim, a former Russian gymnast. My mission is to help people of all ages and fitness levels improve biomechanics to enhance general fitness and well-being: spinal alignment, posture, and managing lower back, shoulder, and hip pain.
This channel focuses on developing gymnastics and calisthenics skills, from beginner to advanced, such as handstands, pull-ups, one-arm handstands, press-to-handstands, planches, and more.
You’ll also learn gymnastics-based stretching and mobility techniques to improve flexibility, like pancake stretches, front splits, and side splits, while increasing hip and shoulder mobility to optimize range of motion and prevent injuries.
I teach the basics of sports science and demonstrate how these principles can be applied to other sports like weightlifting, golf, martial arts, and track and field.
