Please keep us in your thoughts. My original home where my grandma lives at had to be evacuated tonight because there is a huge wildfire burning close to it. The wind gusts are supposed to be 80-100mph overnight. It is a serious situation. Hopefully no one around us loses their home either. Please, just let everyone be able to come back to their home, including ours.

It is New Year's Eve 2024 here in California, and we have a parting gift for you. We have started a new video series production called "Home, Tweet Home," which will debut in the Spring of 2025 (March 20, 2025). It is a collaboration of Bird Street Café and Buttons' content. It is more or less a behind-the-scenes, educational, family-friendly, fun, and humorous spin on following the birds' lives and all the work that goes towards their care. Highlights of our series would include ASMR sound bits, Bird of the Week, bloopers, hidden camera footage, "As the Bird Turns" soap opera, "Did You Know?", species highlights, and so much more. It will be as immersive as possible, thanks to the support of not only our Patreons, but all of you as fans, too!
A new logo for this series will pop up closer to its debut. In the mean time, we will sprinkle some random Buttons videos leading up to the big day. We hope to grow Buttons' channel a bit more, as well as the social media pages, for the greater good of being a safe spot for enjoyable content. <3

I'm not sure why YouTube constantly turns off my comments for the videos, as it has been a persistent problem. I turn them on, and then they are back off. I have tinkered with several settings only to find it shut off again. If anyone has a solution for me, then that would be great. It sounds like I am not the only channel that has this issue. Thank you!

Hi, everybody! The movie editor we were using was not working properly for nearly a month after we downloaded an OS update. We got it back up and running, so we can reconstruct the videos that were unfortunately lost in the shuffle. We appreciate the patience from all of you, as it resulted in us learning how to use another video editor that was making it a hassle to string together videos -- or having to use our phone to make a video --- which was tedious work with limited options.

Hello, everyone! I know it has been a while for videos, but I had a major health setback that I'm still recovering from. The storm activity in California has been unbelievable, too, as we lost power from one of the recent storms. Hoping to get new material out next week. I appreciate your patience, as well as from our Patreons, as we get back on-board. Buttons is doing fantastic, and we look forward to bringing much needed smiles and laughs again.
