I'm not sure why YouTube constantly turns off my comments for the videos, as it has been a persistent problem. I turn them on, and then they are back off. I have tinkered with several settings only to find it shut off again. If anyone has a solution for me, then that would be great. It sounds like I am not the only channel that has this issue.
