Dianne van Giersbergen (1985) is a Dutch dramatic soprano and frontwoman, who is best known as the former lead vocalist of German symphonic metal band Xandria. With whom she toured the world and released 2 albums and 1 EP through Napalm Records.

Dianne is also front woman of progressive metal band Ex Libris, which she founded in 2004. Their third album Ann (A Progressive Metal Trilogy) was self-released in 2019.

On February 14th 2023 Dianne's released the first single "After the Storm" of upcoming solo album "Soulward Bound". The album will be released in a new and unconventional way: spread out over 5 years, with 2 singles each year. Five singles & videos have been released so far, the most recent being "The Elders' Call" (released April 17th, 2025).

DIANNE's music will be co-written, orchestrated and produced by Joost van den Broek (Powerwolf, Epica, Ayreon, After Forever) and feature many well known guest musicians from the genre.
