Wearing black in this context isn’t about fashion. It’s about power reclaimed. It’s about walking through the aftermath of someone else’s war and refusing to be destroyed by it.

'Phantom of War' tells the story of how I became entangled in someone else’s war against themselves - a fight I never chose, but was thrown into nonetheless.

I was left with two choices: do nothing and be defeated… or stand up and fight back in self-defence. Which I did..

'Phantom of War' is a song about survival, bravery and standing up for yourself.. "Your fight, not my fall"!

If you too are in a fight that isn’t yours.. let this song be your battle cry! ⚔️

The stunning artwork by @teradiamart captures the moment I pick up the axe, still shaken and baffled, but ready to strike back.

'Phantom of War' is a real-life story from my more recent past, turned into a powerful anthem. It is the sixth song from my symphonic metal solo album 'Soulward Bound' and features..
