Hyundai Motor India & IIT Madras launch ‘Hyundai Hope for Cancer’.
Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF), the CSR arm of Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), in collaboration with IIT Madras, launched ‘Hyundai Hope for Cancer’ - a pioneering initiative dedicated to transforming paediatric cancer care in India. As part of its multi-year commitment towards this cause, HMIF has allocated a social impact investment of INR 56 Crore towards this landmark project. At the heart of this initiative is the Hyundai Centre for Cancer Genomics, housed at IIT Madras’ main campus in Chennai.
The Centre, unveiled by Shri. Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister of Education - Government of India, features India’s first community-based Cancer Tissue Biobank, enabling advanced genomic research in paediatric leukaemia and lymphoma.
The Centre will focus on genomic sequencing to identify genetic mutations, laying the foundation for a national paediatric cancer genome database and personalized treatment protocols. It will also serve as a collaborative hub for clinicians, researchers, pharmaceutical scientists, and global partners, contributing to international efforts such as the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) and WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).

சென்னை, 01 செப்டம்பர், 2025: இரண்டாண்டு (DMLT-GRADE-II) பட்டயப் பயிற்சி நிறைவு செய்த மருத்துவ ஆய்வக நுட்புநர்களின் நலச்சங்கம் சார்பில் மாநில செயலாளர் C.முருகேசன் தலைமையில் சென்னை பத்திரிக்கையாளர் மன்றத்தில் பத்திரிக்கையாளர் சந்திப்பு நடைபெற்றது.

10.02.2025 அன்று DME வளாகத்தில் எங்களுடைய நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி போராட்டம் நடத்தினோம். அப்போராட்டத்தின் தொடர்ச்சியாக அரசின் முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் உயர்மட்ட ஆய்வுக் குழு கூட்டம் நடைபெற்று பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் உடன்பாடு ஏற்பட்டது.
ஆனால், தமிழக அரசோ 10.07.2025 அன்று எங்களது பணியிடங்களை எழுத்துத்தேர்வு முறையில் அறிவிக்காமல் Weightage அடிப்படையில் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டது. அந்த அறிக்கையை கண்டித்து 22.07.2025 அன்று DMS வளாகத்தில் முற்றுகை போராட்டம் நடத்தினோம். அரசு எங்களை நேரடியாக அழைத்து பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்தியது. ஆனாலும் எங்களுடைய நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகள் இந்நாள்வரை நிறைவேற்றப்படவில்லை என்பது எங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வேதனை அளிக்கிறது.
ஆகவே, எங்களது நியாயமான கோரிக்கள் அரசின் மேல்மட்ட கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்லும் விதமாக பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களை சந்திக்க வந்துள்ளோம் என்று கூறினார்.
15.09.2025 முதல் சென்னையில் நடைபெறும் மெட்ரோ வேலையில் ஈடுபடும் லாரிகள் ஓடாது- தமிழ்நாடு மாநில மணல் லாரி உரிமையாளர்கள் சங்கங்களின் கூட்டமைப்பு அறிவிப்பு
சென்னை, செப்டம்பர் 01, 2025: தமிழ்நாடு மாநில மணல் லாரி உரிமையாளர்கள் சங்கங்களின் கூட்டமைப்பு (TAMILNADU STATE SAND LORRY OWNER'S FEDERATION) தலைவர் S. யுவராஜ் தலைமையில் சென்னை பத்திரிக்கையாளர் மன்றத்தில் பத்திரிக்கையாளர் சந்திப்பு நடைபெற்றது. அவருடன் IKS நாராயணன், R.சத்தியமூர்த்தி, C.S.ஜெகன்மோகன்,B. வினோத், G.நந்தகோபால் ஆகியோர் உடனிருந்தனர்.
அப்பொழுது அவர் கூறியதாவது: சென்னை சுற்றுவட்டாரத்தில் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் மெட்ரோ ரயில் திட்டத்திற்கான பணிகள் நடந்து வருவதை நாம் யாவரும் அறிந்ததே. இந்நிலையில் கடந்த 20/08/2025 அன்று சென்னை கோடம்பாக்கத்தில் இருந்து மெட்ரோ பணிகளில் பள்ளங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு அதில் இருக்கும் கழிவு மணலை அங்கிருந்து அகற்றுவதும் அப்புறப்படுத்துவதும் இரவு நேரங்களில் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் ஒப்பந்ததாரரிடம் (ITDC) பணம் செலுத்தி முறையான ரசீது பெற்று கழிவு மணலை ஏற்றிவந்த எங்கள் சங்க உறுப்பினரின் TN 46F7661 எண் கொண்ட வாகனத்தை 3.30 மணி அளவில் மறித்து கனிம கடத்தல், கனிம திருட்டுபோன்று இரு பிரிவுகளில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து விருகம்பாக்கம் காவல் நிலையத்தில் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த வாகன தணிக்கையில் ஈடுபட்ட சென்னை உதவி இயக்குநர் (AD Mines) சுரங்கம் மற்றும் கனிமவளத்துறை அவர்கள் மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள வாகனத்தை இரு பிரிவுகளில் சிறை பிடித்துள்ளார் என்பது மிகப் பெரிய அளவில் வேதனை அளிக்கிறது.
ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்பட்ட ரசீதில் ஏற்றும் இடம் கோடம்பாக்கத்திலிருந்து அய்யப்பன்தாங்கல் வரை 170 Km என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதே போன்ற வாகனத்தின் பயணம் நேரம் (இரவு 11.30 முதல் அதிகாலை 4.30 மணி வரை) 5 மணி நேரம் என்று குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ரசீதை வழங்கிய ITDC நிறுவனம் தான் சென்னை மெட்ரோ ரயில் திட்டத்திற்கான பணி ஒப்பந்தத்தை பெற்றுள்ளன. இந்த நிறுவனத்தை விசாரிக்காமல் எவ்வித நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்காமல் வாகனத்தின் மீது நடவடிக்கை என்றால் இது மிகப்பெரிய அளவிலான சர்வாதிகார போக்கையே காட்டுகிறது. இந்த நடவடிக்கை ஆக சிறந்த ஜனநாயக படுகொலையாகப் பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. மெட்ரோ ரயிலுக்காக பணிகள் நடக்கும் இடத்தில் இருந்து நேரடியாக வாகன உரிமையாளரே எவ்வாறு அந்த கழிவு மணலை ஏற்றி கொள்ளையடிக்க முடியும், கடத்த முடியும் என்ற சுயசார்பு சிந்தனை இல்லாத நிலை பேராபத்திற்குரியதாகும்.
மக்களின் நலனுக்காக மிக முக்கிய திட்டமான மெட்ரோ ரயில் திட்டங்கள் அனைத்தும் பெரும்பாலும் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசலை தவிர்க்கும் பொருட்டு இரவு நேரங்களில் நடைபெறுகிறது. அரசுக்கு எவ்வளவு பொறுப்பு உள்ளதோ அதே பொறுப்பு லாரி உரிமையாளர்களுக்கும் உள்ளதின் அடிப்படையில் தான் அந்த கழிவு மணலை அகற்றவும், அப்புறப்படுத்திவும் நாங்கள் இரவு நேரங்களில் கண்விழித்து பணியாற்றுகிறோம். இதைப்பற்றி எல்லாம் சிந்திக்காத உதவி இயக்குநர் அவர்கள் கண்மூடித்தனமாக இந்த வாகனத்தின் மீது எடுத்துள்ள நடவடிக்கை ஒருநாளும் ஏற்புடையதல்ல, ஏற்கமுடியாது. வாகனம் பிடிபட்ட பிறகும் அந்த வாகனத்துக்கும் அன்றைய தினமே 4.30 முதல் 7.30 வரை நேரமிட்ட பில் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
இவர்கள் ஏதோ ஒரு இடத்தில் இருந்து கொண்டு வாகனத்தை பார்க்காமலேயே சென்னை முழுவதிலும் பணத்தை பெற்றுக் கொண்டு ITDC பில் வழங்கியுள்ளார்கள். அப்படியே வாகனத்தில் உள்ள ரசீதில் பிழை என்றால் அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரரின் மீது மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள இருபிரிவுகளில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யும் திறன் உள்ளதா? ஒப்பந்ததாரர் (ITDC) மீது இதே பாய்ச்சலை மேற்கொள்வாரா? ஏன் அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரர் (ITDC) மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க அஞ்சுகிறார். பயப்படுகிறார். ஊழலும், குற்றமும் எங்கிருந்து துவங்குகிறது, புலப்படுகிறது என்பதை தாங்கள் விசாரணை செய்ய வேண்டும். பின்னர் ஆய்வில் ஈடுபட்ட அந்த அதிகாரியின் மீது துறை ரீதியான நடவடிக்கையை எடுக்க வேண்டும். பின்னர் இந்த வாகனத்திற்கு, வாகன உரிமையாளருக்கு நீதி கிடைக்கும் வரை அந்த மெட்ரோ ரயில் பணியை நிறுத்த வேண்டும் அல்லது அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரரை அழைத்து விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதையே எங்களது கோரிக்கையாக முன்வைக்கிறோம்.
மெட்ரோ பணிகளில் இருந்து எடுக்கப்படும் கழிவு மணலுக்கு அரசு நிர்ணயித்த பணம் டன் ஒன்றுக்கு 28 ரூபாய். ஆனால் மெரினா, திருவான்மியூர், அடையார் போன்ற கடலுக்கு அருகாமையில் மெட்ரோ வேலை நடைபெறும் பகுதியில் எடுக்கப்படும் மணல் ஏறத்தாழ ரூ.20,000/- முதல் ரூ.25,000/- வரை விற்பனை செய்யப்படுவது அரசுக்கு தெரியுமா?
மெட்ரோ பணிகளில் இருந்து அப்புறப்படுத்த விற்பனை செய்யப்படும் மணல் எங்கே கொட்டப்படுகிறது அல்லது எங்கே பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது என்பதை அரசு கண்காணிக்கின்றதா? அல்லது இந்த மணலை பயன்படுத்தும் நிலை அறிந்துள்ளதா என்ற சந்தேகம் எங்களை ஆக்கிரமித்துள்ளது.

இரவு பகல் பாராமல் மெட்ரோ கழிவு மணலை ஏற்றி வரும் லாரிகளை மடக்கிப் பிடித்து கனிம திருட்டு, கனிம கடத்தல் வழக்குகள் பதிவு செய்து தண்டிப்பது எந்த வகையிலும் நியாயம் இல்லை.
மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள குற்றச்சாட்டுக்கு அரசு என்ன பதில் அளிக்கப் போகிறது. அல்லது மேலே குறிப்பிடப்படுள்ள குற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடும் அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மீதும் ஒப்பந்ததாரர் (ITDC) மீதும் அரசு என்ன நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப் போகிறது?
இதற்கான நிரந்தர தீர்வு எட்டப்படும் வரையில் இப்பணிகளில் ஈடுபடும் அனைத்து லாரிகளும் தொடர் வேலை நிறுத்தத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு தங்களின் எதிர்ப்பை அரசுக்கு கொண்டு செல்ல விரும்புகிறோம்.
முதல் கட்டமாக வருகிற 15.09.2025 முதல் சென்னையில் நடைபெறும் மெட்ரோ வேலையில் ஈடுபடும் லாரிகள் ஓடாது. இந்த வாகனம் விடுவிப்பு அல்லது மேலே குறிப்பிட்ட முறைகேடுகள் சரி செய்யப்படவில்லை என்றால் விரைவில் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் நடைபெறும் மெட்ரோ வேலைகளில் ஈடுபடும் லாரிகளும் இயங்காது என்பதையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
ஆகவே, மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர், மாண்புமிகு கனிமவளத்துறை அமைச்சர், உயர்திரு. கனிமவளத்துறை இயக்குநர் அவர்கள் இதுபோன்ற குற்றங்களை இரும்புக்கரம் கொண்டு தடுக்க வேண்டும். பாதிக்கப்படும் லாரி உரிமையாளர்களை காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறினார்.

Hyundai Motor India & IIT Madras launch ‘Hyundai Hope for Cancer’.
Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF), the CSR arm of Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), in collaboration with IIT Madras, launched ‘Hyundai Hope for Cancer’ - a pioneering initiative dedicated to transforming paediatric cancer care in India. As part of its multi-year commitment towards this cause, HMIF has allocated a social impact investment of INR 56 Crore towards this landmark project. At the heart of this initiative is the Hyundai Centre for Cancer Genomics, housed at IIT Madras’ main campus in Chennai.

10.02.2025 அன்று DME வளாகத்தில் எங்களுடைய நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி போராட்டம் நடத்தினோம். அப்போராட்டத்தின் தொடர்ச்சியாக அரசின் முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் உயர்மட்ட ஆய்வுக் குழு கூட்டம் நடைபெற்று பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் உடன்பாடு ஏற்பட்டது.
ஆனால், தமிழக அரசோ 10.07.2025 அன்று எங்களது பணியிடங்களை எழுத்துத்தேர்வு முறையில் அறிவிக்காமல் Weightage அடிப்படையில் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டது. அந்த அறிக்கையை கண்டித்து 22.07.2025 அன்று DMS வளாகத்தில் முற்றுகை போராட்டம் நடத்தினோம். அரசு எங்களை நேரடியாக அழைத்து பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்தியது. ஆனாலும் எங்களுடைய நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகள் இந்நாள்வரை நிறைவேற்றப்படவில்லை என்பது எங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வேதனை அளிக்கிறது.
ஆகவே, எங்களது நியாயமான கோரிக்கள் அரசின் மேல்மட்ட கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்லும் விதமாக பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களை சந்திக்க வந்துள்ளோம் என்று கூறினார்.

அப்பொழுது அவர் கூறியதாவது: சென்னை சுற்றுவட்டாரத்தில் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் மெட்ரோ ரயில் திட்டத்திற்கான பணிகள் நடந்து வருவதை நாம் யாவரும் அறிந்ததே. இந்நிலையில் கடந்த 20/08/2025 அன்று சென்னை கோடம்பாக்கத்தில் இருந்து மெட்ரோ பணிகளில் பள்ளங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு அதில் இருக்கும் கழிவு மணலை அங்கிருந்து அகற்றுவதும் அப்புறப்படுத்துவதும் இரவு நேரங்களில் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் ஒப்பந்ததாரரிடம் (ITDC) பணம் செலுத்தி முறையான ரசீது பெற்று கழிவு மணலை ஏற்றிவந்த எங்கள் சங்க உறுப்பினரின் TN 46F7661 எண் கொண்ட வாகனத்தை 3.30 மணி அளவில் மறித்து கனிம கடத்தல், கனிம திருட்டுபோன்று இரு பிரிவுகளில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து விருகம்பாக்கம் காவல் நிலையத்தில் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த வாகன தணிக்கையில் ஈடுபட்ட சென்னை உதவி இயக்குநர் (AD Mines) சுரங்கம் மற்றும் கனிமவளத்துறை அவர்கள் மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள வாகனத்தை இரு பிரிவுகளில் சிறை பிடித்துள்ளார் என்பது மிகப் பெரிய அளவில் வேதனை அளிக்கிறது.
ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்பட்ட ரசீதில் ஏற்றும் இடம் கோடம்பாக்கத்திலிருந்து அய்யப்பன்தாங்கல் வரை 170 Km என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதே போன்ற வாகனத்தின் பயணம் நேரம் (இரவு 11.30 முதல் அதிகாலை 4.30 மணி வரை) 5 மணி நேரம் என்று குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ரசீதை வழங்கிய ITDC நிறுவனம் தான் சென்னை மெட்ரோ ரயில் திட்டத்திற்கான பணி ஒப்பந்தத்தை பெற்றுள்ளன. இந்த நிறுவனத்தை விசாரிக்காமல் எவ்வித நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்காமல் வாகனத்தின் மீது நடவடிக்கை என்றால் இது மிகப்பெரிய அளவிலான சர்வாதிகார போக்கையே காட்டுகிறது. இந்த நடவடிக்கை ஆக சிறந்த ஜனநாயக படுகொலையாகப் பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. மெட்ரோ ரயிலுக்காக பணிகள் நடக்கும் இடத்தில் இருந்து நேரடியாக வாகன உரிமையாளரே எவ்வாறு அந்த கழிவு மணலை ஏற்றி கொள்ளையடிக்க முடியும், கடத்த முடியும் என்ற சுயசார்பு சிந்தனை இல்லாத நிலை பேராபத்திற்குரியதாகும்.
மக்களின் நலனுக்காக மிக முக்கிய திட்டமான மெட்ரோ ரயில் திட்டங்கள் அனைத்தும் பெரும்பாலும் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசலை தவிர்க்கும் பொருட்டு இரவு நேரங்களில் நடைபெறுகிறது. அரசுக்கு எவ்வளவு பொறுப்பு உள்ளதோ அதே பொறுப்பு லாரி உரிமையாளர்களுக்கும் உள்ளதின் அடிப்படையில் தான் அந்த கழிவு மணலை அகற்றவும், அப்புறப்படுத்திவும் நாங்கள் இரவு நேரங்களில் கண்விழித்து பணியாற்றுகிறோம். இதைப்பற்றி எல்லாம் சிந்திக்காத உதவி இயக்குநர் அவர்கள் கண்மூடித்தனமாக இந்த வாகனத்தின் மீது எடுத்துள்ள நடவடிக்கை ஒருநாளும் ஏற்புடையதல்ல, ஏற்கமுடியாது. வாகனம் பிடிபட்ட பிறகும் அந்த வாகனத்துக்கும் அன்றைய தினமே 4.30 முதல் 7.30 வரை நேரமிட்ட பில் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
இவர்கள் ஏதோ ஒரு இடத்தில் இருந்து கொண்டு வாகனத்தை பார்க்காமலேயே சென்னை முழுவதிலும் பணத்தை பெற்றுக் கொண்டு ITDC பில் வழங்கியுள்ளார்கள். அப்படியே வாகனத்தில் உள்ள ரசீதில் பிழை என்றால் அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரரின் மீது மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள இருபிரிவுகளில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யும் திறன் உள்ளதா? ஒப்பந்ததாரர் (ITDC) மீது இதே பாய்ச்சலை மேற்கொள்வாரா? ஏன் அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரர் (ITDC) மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க அஞ்சுகிறார். பயப்படுகிறார். ஊழலும், குற்றமும் எங்கிருந்து துவங்குகிறது, புலப்படுகிறது என்பதை தாங்கள் விசாரணை செய்ய வேண்டும். பின்னர் ஆய்வில் ஈடுபட்ட அந்த அதிகாரியின் மீது துறை ரீதியான நடவடிக்கையை எடுக்க வேண்டும். பின்னர் இந்த வாகனத்திற்கு, வாகன உரிமையாளருக்கு நீதி கிடைக்கும் வரை அந்த மெட்ரோ ரயில் பணியை நிறுத்த வேண்டும் அல்லது அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரரை அழைத்து விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதையே எங்களது கோரிக்கையாக முன்வைக்கிறோம்.
மெட்ரோ பணிகளில் இருந்து எடுக்கப்படும் கழிவு மணலுக்கு அரசு நிர்ணயித்த பணம் டன் ஒன்றுக்கு 28 ரூபாய். ஆனால் மெரினா, திருவான்மியூர், அடையார் போன்ற கடலுக்கு அருகாமையில் மெட்ரோ வேலை நடைபெறும் பகுதியில் எடுக்கப்படும் மணல் ஏறத்தாழ ரூ.20,000/- முதல் ரூ.25,000/- வரை விற்பனை செய்யப்படுவது அரசுக்கு தெரியுமா?
மெட்ரோ பணிகளில் இருந்து அப்புறப்படுத்த விற்பனை செய்யப்படும் மணல் எங்கே கொட்டப்படுகிறது அல்லது எங்கே பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது என்பதை அரசு கண்காணிக்கின்றதா? அல்லது இந்த மணலை பயன்படுத்தும் நிலை அறிந்துள்ளதா என்ற சந்தேகம் எங்களை ஆக்கிரமித்துள்ளது.
கடற்கரை சார்ந்த பகுதிகளில் எடுக்கப்படும் கழிவு மணலை சென்னையில் நடைபெறும் ஏராளமான கட்டிடப் பணிகளில் பயன்படுத்துவது அரசுக்கு தெரியுமா? அல்லது தெரிந்தும் அதனை ஆதரிக்கிறதா? என்ற எங்களின் சந்தேகத்தை அரசு தனது வெள்ளை அறிக்கையின் மூலமாக நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு தெரியப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
இரவு பகல் பாராமல் மெட்ரோ கழிவு மணலை ஏற்றி வரும் லாரிகளை மடக்கிப் பிடித்து கனிம திருட்டு, கனிம கடத்தல் வழக்குகள் பதிவு செய்து தண்டிப்பது எந்த வகையிலும் நியாயம் இல்லை.
மேலே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள குற்றச்சாட்டுக்கு அரசு என்ன பதில் அளிக்கப் போகிறது. அல்லது மேலே குறிப்பிடப்படுள்ள குற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடும் அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மீதும் ஒப்பந்ததாரர் (ITDC) மீதும் அரசு என்ன நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப் போகிறது?
இதற்கான நிரந்தர தீர்வு எட்டப்படும் வரையில் இப்பணிகளில் ஈடுபடும் அனைத்து லாரிகளும் தொடர் வேலை நிறுத்தத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு தங்களின் எதிர்ப்பை அரசுக்கு கொண்டு செல்ல விரும்புகிறோம்.
முதல் கட்டமாக வருகிற 15.09.2025 முதல் சென்னையில் நடைபெறும் மெட்ரோ வேலையில் ஈடுபடும் லாரிகள் ஓடாது. இந்த வாகனம் விடுவிப்பு அல்லது மேலே குறிப்பிட்ட முறைகேடுகள் சரி செய்யப்படவில்லை என்றால் விரைவில் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் நடைபெறும் மெட்ரோ வேலைகளில் ஈடுபடும் லாரிகளும் இயங்காது என்பதையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
ஆகவே, மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர், மாண்புமிகு கனிமவளத்துறை அமைச்சர், உயர்திரு. கனிமவளத்துறை இயக்குநர் அவர்கள் இதுபோன்ற குற்றங்களை இரும்புக்கரம் கொண்டு தடுக்க வேண்டும். பாதிக்கப்படும் லாரி உரிமையாளர்களை காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறினார்.
