Inspired By @shessoluckypod What Are Your Goals for this summer? ☀️ My Birthday is 2 months from tomorrow. I’m witnessing the crucifixion and resurrection of my Jesus Year! 💫 My Summer Goals are to quit my job next month (my mental and physical health has reached its capacity and it’s time to pivot), stay consistent with working out 5-6 days a week (alternating between strength training 🏋🏽♀️, cardio🤸🏽♀️and yoga 🧘🏽♀️), continue cooking at home & meal planning/prepping, and while I’m on the road for work or on vacation still try to maintain these habits or at least make as healthy of a choice I can if I’m in a position where I am eating out. This summer is about prioritizing SELF-CARE no matter how stressful life gets.
