I want to help you find the clarity you have been seeking and to inspire you to challenge yourself mentally & physically.

All of the information provided is what I personally learned over the years and what helped me take better control over my life. I have struggled with poor blood glucose control for about 7-8 years due to negligence and denial of my diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes.

I am here to show you that anyone can get out of the unhealthy lifestyle you might feel stuck in. It is never too late to take control of your health and make a difference, no matter the age.
