I develop exercise programs to help people decrease body fat percentage while improving muscle mass. We offer at home monthly programs, monthly gym programs, 4 month programs, 6 month programs and yearly programs. Each program is a word document that will be emailed to the buyer after purchase. Each program consists of training 5 times a week for the duration of the program. For example in a month program there is 20 total training days.
