It all starts with:
1️⃣ Morning routine
🌞 Wake up early, hydrate with salty water, go outside and get sunlight in your eyes.
💡 Tip: Avoid coffee for at least an hour and keep screen time to an absolute minimum.
2️⃣ Your body is built to move, so do it.
🏃 Set yourself a daily goal of 10k steps everyday. It doesn’t matter how you get them, just make sure you do. Exercise should be daily.
💡 Tip: Find multiple forms of movement you enjoy the most. Full body weights, cardio, walking, yoga, HIIT, swimming, whatever that may be.
3️⃣ Question anything you eat that has multiple ingredients in it.
🥩 Avoid processed junk and opt for single ingredient whole foods.
💡 Tip: Grass fed red meat, raw dairy, raw honey, seasonal fruit and veg, eggs
4️⃣Journalling has changed my life more than I could ever have imagined.
📓 Every day I write 3 things I’m grateful for, my intention, my highlight and then everything I need to do each day
💡 Tip: A man who fails to plan is a man that plans to fail.
5️⃣ Cut out negativity in your life.
🎧 That means toxic “friends”, the news/media, people you follow on social media. Focus on what makes you happy or gives you purpose.
💡 Tip: You’ll be surprised how much time you have for more important things once you cut out the noise.
