Why you work so hard yet still feel stuck👇
Does this sound familiar?
👉You sense you're meant for more but don't know where to start.
👉You escape through social media or nights out.
👉You put in the hours but often lack motivation.
👉Weekends are the highlight of your week.
Despite being aware of these issues, nothing much changes, right? I've been there, shifting from one role to another.
Here's what might be happening to you:
1️⃣ You're pursuing the wrong motivators:
You might be driven by money, status, or pleasing others. These are bad foundations to build lasting fulfilment and will leave you feeling empty.
2️⃣ You haven't found your passion:
Perhaps you haven't stepped out of your comfort zone enough to discover what truly excites you. Staying in the safe zone can keep you from realising your true potential and passions.
Here's how I've learned to move forward, and you can too:
📚Embrace new challenges:
Ever dismissed something new with "I'm not good at this" or "It's not for me"? If there's a persistent interest, it might be your gut telling you to go for it. Follow that instinct!
💚Open up to trusted people:
Talk about your ambitions and fears. It's better to be honest and vulnerable. This kind of sharing can be incredibly liberating and insightful.
🛖Expand your network:
Attend events that align with your interests. Connect with like-minded people who inspire and motivate you. Conversations with people who share your passions sparks new ideas and paths.
🎯Take a new approach:
Rather than pushing to be better, focus on being open, curious, and accepting. Embrace your journey as one of exploration and learning, not just achieving. This shift in perspective can dramatically change how you feel about your progress and interactions.
🌲Get into nature more:
When thinking of new ideas, go into nature. Nobody ever had a good idea staring at a screen under bluelight. All the best thinkers throughout history incorporated long walks outside into their routine.
